Open Front Poncho

Good morning friends!  Are you ready to get your “VOTE” on? Let’s do this and get this election OVER. I just have to keep reminding myself that no matter what the outcome, it’s God who is truly in control. Throughout history he has used leaders to teach his people and we are no different today. I wish we had been able to vote early like so many others, but the only place we could do it was pretty far from where we live. Oh well, I’ll go and stand in line with everyone else.

Today I’m sharing with you an open front poncho and swing tee I got during a recent Old Navy sale.

Ponchos have been around for several years, but this year they seem to really be making their presence known. You can find them in pullover, open front, cowl neck, crew neck, off one shoulder and a cross between a cowl and turtleneck.

I really liked the style of this open front poncho when I tried it on and when I wore it. You can wrap/cross the front for warmth if you like and it’s very comfortable.

The tee is a swing style that has a thin striped pattern and the material is really stretchy with the back hanging slightly longer than the front. It’s thin, but you can get away without a cami under it if you don’t feel like wearing one.

I bought them in the “short” length which are perfect for me so I can wear them with one small “roll-up”. They are great jeans and especially when you consider how reasonably priced they are. I’ve tried on and purchased some more expensive ones, but honestly these are my favorite!
