Friday Favorites #48

Hey, hey, hey!!! It’s FRIDAY my friends and aside from Friday Favorites you know what that means…

In case you haven’t heard, it’s that time again. This weekend marks the start of Daylight Savings Time, so don’t forget to change your clocks Saturday night and “spring forward”.

While I absolutely LOVE the extra light in the evenings and no longer feeling like I should just go ahead and eat dinner in my pj’s, I do prefer to gain an hour instead of losing one.

I got new acrylic drawer organizers for my bathroom drawers. Don’t you just love opening your drawers and being able to see and find everything? I probably get a little more excited about this than I really should, but I love being organized.

frayed hem jeans / flats

I ordered this adorable Lou & Grey popover from Loft during a recent 50% off sale.

I LOVE IT!

And sadly it’s no longer available. I’m linking a variation of it I found on the Lou & Grey site that would look really sharp with white jeans.

It’s going to get a ton of wear this spring and summer. It’s a super light weight fabric and you have to wear a cami under it but it’s going to be perfect and super versatile. I love it with jeans and I think it will look cute with white jeans or even some light blue or peachy colored pants. Jean shorts would be darling with a little front tuck too.

Slit Swing Tee / frayed hem jeans / Converse

This swing tee is a new favorite as well. As I’ve mentioned before I’m not much of just a regular tee kind of gal but give me one with a little personality and flair and I’m all over it. This one has cute side slits that are a little higher than average allowing it some movement and to hang well. It was sold out but a few sizes have been restocked, so if you want one you’d better grab it. I’m thinking I may need it in the red too. Let me tell you that I am just loving my slip on Converse. I wasn’t sure how much I’d like them when I ordered them, but they are so cute and comfy. A new look for me, but one I’m liking.

I hope you have a fabulous weekend and spring break with Katie! I was in Old Navy Yesterday and picked up a few things, but I may have to swing back through for those jeans! So cute! Organization is not my specialty!

I love all of your favorites! Yay for Katie coming home!!! I can only imagine how excited you are! :) Also, those day lights savings meme's cracked me up. Especially the Starbucks one. Haha! So true!

I love all your favorites, especially the fashions you showed. I know you'll have a wonderful time visiting with Katie...what a treat! I feel your pain for the daylight savings "hangover." We're going to have a double whammy of the time change plus a different time zone with our trip to Disney! Have a great weekend!

That swing tee looks great on you. Love it paired with the necklace. I'm always looking for a nice variation to plain tees. This one works. As a side note, I want to come over and sample all these wonderful treats you keep making! lol I'm staying tuned for the recipe!
