I’ve been thinking I wanted a new shade of nail polish and after Allie from A Gal Named Al recommended this Petal Pusher pink I thought it would be a perfect color to add to my many bottles. She was right. It’s a beautiful shade of pink. Perfect for spring and summer and I love how quickly the Insta-dry polishes dry. Thanks Allie!

You know I love a good funny and this one made me chuckle. Who can relate?

There’s a little over a week, as in 9 shopping days to get MOM something to show her your love and appreciation for all the runny noses she’s wiped, projects she’s helped you complete, problems she’s solved, nights she lost sleep, birthday parties she’s thrown, advice she’s given, times she’s had your back and on and on. We went out to dinner for some of Nashville’s finest BBQ last night. Good food and even better company made going out in the rain for dinner worth the effort. 

Today starts all the graduation festivities and I’m so excited, but a little sad at the same time. The weather is not playing very nice. It’s cool and wet and I was hoping for warm and sunny. I’ll deal with it though if it means we’ll have good weather at the beach next week.
