Friday Favorites #59

Happy Friday my sweet friends! I’m guessing some of you may already be enjoying your long weekend. Be sure to take a few minutes to think of all those who have heroically given their lives so the we can enjoy our freedoms.

Do you have big plans this weekend? A BBQ or family gathering? We are going to some friends tonight, but other than that we will just see where the weekend takes us. This was our first full week in the last 3 weeks after being on vacation and now we get another break next week. I think Kent is going to be spoiled. LOL

I received my first Sephora Play box in the mail. Well technically it came a few weeks ago, but it was at my neighbors and I just got it this week. I’ll do a full review of the products in a week or so once I’ve had a chance to use them.

I know this is a terrible quality picture but it makes me so happy!!! Benny and Erin had both been out of town and apart for a week. She got back last night and they sent me this. You can just see how happy they are to be back together.

top alternative /  pants / top alternative / similar shoes 

I found this cute flutter sleeve top at the Loft outlet last weekend. Just the words flutter sleeve make me happy and  I immediately knew it would be perfect to go with these cropped skinny chinos I recently picked up on a trip to the mall at the regular Loft store. These pants are a great everyday pant and alternative to jeans. They have just the right amount of give and like most of my other Loft pants they stretch out just the right amount when wearing them and then bounce back when taken off. Sounds like magic, right? I guess you could say these pants are magical.

Katie and I were working out one day this week and I was singing, well more like lip syncing and didn’t quite know all the words. Katie was all too happy to tell me to learn the words. Have you ever heard if you don’t know the words to a song your supposed to fill in with “watermelon”?

Another day Katie and I were out walking and talking about our workouts and abs and I gave her this sage piece of advice.
