So I talked to y’all about UNIQLO earlier this spring in another post. Well they offered me one of their new bras to try and review. (Dad, come back tomorrow…this post is not for you) Did you know they also had “foundation” or “intimates” wear as well as great clothing and basics? I’m not really sure, but I think this might be something kind of new.
I went to their website and there are two models to choose from both of which are wireless. Now I can’t speak to you girls who are more well endowed in the boob department because I’m on the how shall we say, small side of this. Let me fill you in. I think most of us have a little variation from one side to the other in boobs and feet. I have always described myself as an A and an A-. So in most factions of life an A would be considered great news and I personally am fine to have received an A here, but I digress. Point being that if you are larger than A or maybe a B and really need underwire I’m not sure how these styles would be for you.
I chose the Beauty Light Wireless Bra to try. I was concerned that this bra might not fit me when I ordered it. It’s lightly padded, but doesn’t have any “push up” padding and typically my bras all lend a hand in that department. The Beauty Light style has a snap closure like most bras where as the other style they offer, the Beauty Soft Wireless has a one piece construction that goes on over your head.
Here it is right out of the package. You’ll notice the hanger has an S on it. This is something else that was different. The UNIQLO bras are sized XS, S, M, L.
I am a 34A so according to the chart I would be a small and so that’s what I ordered.
The first thing I noticed when I took it out of the package was how soft and silky the material was. I loved the feel of it but I was still skeptical as to how it would fit.

I put it on and was pleasantly surprised that it fit well even without the extra padding I was used to. The band was pretty tight and I had to put even on the last notch and I was concerned about the comfort level I’d have. I wore it the first day and it was fine, but the second day it was truly comfortable. I didn’t even notice I was really wearing a bra. I like that it’s cut a little higher right at the arm pit area in the front. I have a friend that refers to that as her “biscuit” and it covers your “biscuit” so there’s no bulge or busted can look. LOL
I have a hard time with bras fitting well and looking right under tee’s because the cups will often gap slightly at the top and this bra doesn’t do that. LOVE that! I liked it so much that I chose it as my bra the day we were flying.
A bra that is comfortable enough to travel in is a win in my book. UNIQLO is currently running a promotion on their bras. They have a great price point at just under $20 normally and right now you can get one for just under $13. That’s unheard of for a bra. The style I chose comes in 14 different colors.
I like this bra for myself but I’ll tell you, it’s probably a great option for the younger crowd in high school and college as well. With a lower price and these girls being more likely to lose or misplace things you can afford to replace it easier. (college mom talking here)
Thank you to UNIQLO for gifting me a great bra to try and review.
Happy Thursday friends.

That's great that you got to partner with UNIQLO! I keep getting requests from companies I have zero desire to work with or companies that I'm interested in but then they want me to do stuff for them without anything for myself/the blog in return!
It was a fun project.
Thanks for the rec! I wonder if they sell them in stores. I have only found 1 (ONE!) bra that has fit me well post breastfeeding so I keep buying that same style over and over but could use a change up.
Hi Tara! Yes, I'm pretty sure they have them in store. Let me know if you try one and what you think. :)
