What I Wore Wednesday #7

So unless this is your first time here you know all to well that today I’ve totally entered back into reality after spending the last two weeks celebrating Benny’s college graduation and then making a trip to the beach for a family vacation. Katie and I arrived back in California last night and now it’s time to unpack (so many suitcases) and do all the laundry. I guess the good news is that most of the unpacking will fall on her. LOL We had so many suitcases because she’s here for the summer.

I’m sharing one of the outfits I wore on our vacation. You’ve seen all the pieces before I love them and thought they were worthy of a second appearance.

I absolutely love this cold shoulder top. I love the color. I love the cut. I love the whole thing. The lace detail at the top is perfect and the way the sleeves fit are great for showing a little shoulder while hiding a little arm if you are self conscious about your upper arm.

My frayed hem jeans are one of my current favorites. These are from Old Navy and have built in sculpt. LOVE them. Not only do they give you support and hold you in they are super comfortable and Do.Not.Bag.Out. I’m not going to embarrass myself and tell you just how many times I’ve worn them, but I will tell you that other pairs of jeans would be saggin’ in my wagon.

I think this picture of me walking is kind of funny because I’m about to laugh. I’m pretty sure at this point Katie was taking the pictures and saying “work it”. That girl! I’m going to try to work with her this summer on taking better photos for the blog, but it could be a real challenge. Wish me luck.

top / jeans / jacket / sandals / bracelets

I added my white jean jacket as the night progressed because with it being still spring the nights would cool off. And why yes, I did chose my ball to match my shirt. In case you are wondering, we were all equally matched in our game of mini golf and equally bad. Our family has a rule that 5 strokes are the max and lets just say we were somewhat familiar with that number.

I love my little Target sandals too. I kept looking at a similar pair that were much pricier last year and never got them, but when I found these and tried them on, I loved them. They are very comfortable and go with everything.

We had a girls night out our last night in Nashville and this top was perfect.

I wish this photo wasn’t fuzzy, but the shirt looks really cute and crisp with white jeans as well. Mine are the frayed hem white jeans from Loft and I love them (and these girls) just as much as my blue frayed hem. They have a great amount of give and stretch out the perfect amount but magically bounce back when you take them off. I ordered I don’t know how many pairs white jeans before finding this pair that worked for me and I’m so happy with them.

Happy hump day friends!
