I can’t begin to tell y’all how happy I am that I finally found a pair of white jeans that I love and that they are the right length. When you’re a short girl, finding jeans with a shorter inseam can be a real challenge. Here’s a little secret…sometimes I get ankle jeans/pants and they are completely the right length. I’m not sure if that’s a happy or sad thing…LOL
I grabbed them yesterday and threw on a cute black top with my leopard sandals and was ready to roll. (and don’t you just love my water hose under the bench??)

I love the frayed hem and black and white are a timeless combination. This mixed media top comes in a pretty blue or red and is the perfect weight for warm summer days. I actually bought this top last year and when I checked they had the exact same one this year. That tells you it’s a great piece to add to your summer rotation. It’s packs great and doesn’t hold on to wrinkles.

I just picked up my new sunglasses last Saturday and I love them. Mine are prescription and I’m not even ashamed to say that they are bifocals. I’m owning my aging eyes. These are the same maker and I think the exact pair I’m wearing.
We’ve been having really warm temperatures, which I love. Not much makes me happier than warm temperatures and being in the sun. If I can’t live at the beach, I can at least enjoy the sun and warmth in my own backyard.
We’ve made it to Wednesday which means Friday is just around the bend and have a 3 day weekend to look forward to.

You know I love black and white with a pop of color- love those turquoise earrings with the combo! I didn't find any white jeans for me this year, so I went ahead and bought white shorts for $11 at ON yesterday instead. I figure I'll get more wear out of them with it being in the 90s/100s here!
