Happy Friday y’all! How many of you are headed into a nice long weekend? I cannot believe today is the last day of JUNE. Summer needs to slow waaaayyy down. I am in no way ready for it to go by as quickly as it already is. I am however ready to share Friday Favorites with you and link up with some other blogs so make sure you check at the bottom and see what’s going on in blog-land.
You guys know if there one’s thing I love it’s a good meme and since I surround myself with funny people I seem to be able to come up with funny things to share. I’ve decided to have a “Friday Funny” as a regular favorite.
This is particularly ironic since I’m fasting today as part of the FASTer Way To Fat Loss program. We started off the end of the first week with a fast and had one last week, this week and finish up the last day (next Sunday) with a fast. Think of me when you eat something yummy today.
We made this tassel rag garland to go in Katie’s room a couple of weeks ago and I just think it’s so cute. She wanted to do a few things to her room this summer. The pictures hanging are new. She had that in her dorm as well as lights and so we added lights all around the ceiling here and they look so pretty lit up at night. She really wanted to paint her room, but that was BIG FAT NO!
New plants in my pots are always a favorite. This was right after I planted them last week and they are already growing and filling in. Planters filled will beautiful blooms really have a way of brightening up any outdoor space.
My hydrangeas are gorgeous and one of my absolute favorite flowers.

LOL- that meme totally has our email conversation written all over it! And to top it off, men can lose 10 pounds in like 2 days, and we work our booties off for months! I love the garland addition to K's room- super cute! I really need to learn how to have a green thumb. I know it would liven up my yards, but I also know I'm the Grim Reaper around anything living that isn't a human! Have a great weekend!
