Nordstrom Sale Picks – Round 1

I can already tell you I’m so excited to see some of last years favorites back this year with just a slightly updated look. Are you ready to shop? Let’s get going! Remember our mantra, buy now, return later. In this sale you snooze, you loose. Having said that…if something you want isn’t available you have 2 options. Watch, watch, watch and see if it comes back in stock because things will come and go even within the day all throughout the sale. Option 2 is to get any size you can and then in a couple of weeks exchange it in store for your size.

The last 2 years I’ve added a new Barefoot Dreams piece to my closet with each sale. This year I’ve ordered the hooded cardigan and can’t wait to pick it up today.

Oh my cozy…this UGG poncho looks like the perfect travel companion.

I need a good pair of black workout leggings and everyone raves about these by Zella, so this year is the year I get a pair.

AG jeans with a raw hem. I love the raw hem and everyone sings the praises of AG jeans.

Every closet needs a low heel bootie and higher block heel bootie. I bought a pair very similar to these last year and wore them to death.

This is my pick for a block heel bootie. The heel is 3 1/2″ tall which is about a 1/2″ shorter than a lot and really makes a difference as far as comfort and walking go.

A peep toe bootie is the perfect transition shoe to wear with everything form jeans, to dresses to jean shorts.

Mules and pointy toes have been making a comeback and these cheetah print mixed with black encompass three great style trends.

Love the print and ruffle on the bottom of the button back dress. 

So much cuteness with all the ruffles and the gorgeous color.

This is the fall version of one that came out in the spring and was super popular. Long cardigans are here to stay for a while.

Bobeau is one of my favorite brands. All of their clothes are made of the softest materials and are super comfortable. I love this long cardigan that’s almost like a sweatshirt. Cozy and chic all at the same time and another great travel, grab and go, or hanging out at home piece.

I ordered last years version of this and returned it because it ran a little big. I regretted it all year long and I have every intention of remedying that this year. The hardest part is deciding which color.

Babydoll style tops have long been a favorite of mine and an added ruffle at the neck with a cold shoulder….yes, please.

I adore my little Kendra Scott necklace like this that my kids gave me last year for Christmas and I want to add a silver one to my collection. This are the perfect little touch with tees and any kind of neckline that needs just a little something extra.

Kendra Scott pendants are some of my favorite pieces as well. They add something special to all kinds of tops and dresses and they aren’t heavy. Heavy necklaces drive me nuts! If you’ve been looking to add a KS piece or two to your jewelry game, nows the time. These are never on sale at this kind of discount.

I developed some kind of feddish for cross body bags and this one caught my eye right away. I love the suede and the cutout detailing. Super cute!
