Hi friends! Here we are, another Friday and and inching towards being half way through April. Can you believe it? We’ve had a lot of sun this week and I’m for sure not mad about it. The sun just makes me feel so much happier. Today I’ve got some recent at home try-ons to share with you. I seem to go through spells of ordering and I’ve been in one of those lately. I think they coincide most frequently with the change of seasons and of course SALES.
First up, how about a cute leopard print cami. I love the neutral colors in this one, it’s lined and has adjustable straps. Ding-ding-ding! We have a winner right out of the gate. Some of my favorite cardigans were the ones I got at Old Navy back in the fall. Three cheers, they came out with a spring version that’s cotton and that’s what I threw on over the cami. I’ve already purchased this off white and a purpley version.
This black and ivory mixed media tank caught my eye on the Target site and reminded me of something from Loft. It’s cute, but cut just a tad too low under the arms for me.
I had high hopes for this knit hot pink wrap style. I love, love, love the color, but it’s cut too low for my short self. If you are little taller, this one will be perfect for you.
Y’all know how I feel about tees. They don’t usually work for me. This one is described as a t-shirt, but it’s definitely more of a very lightweight sweater and I love it. Everything from the v-neck to the cute ruffle sleeves. Front tuck or out, it can be worn either way.
Speaking of tees. How incredibly darling are these? I couldn’t decide between white and this pinky-peach color, so I ordered both thinking I’d decide on one. Hahaha, who am I kidding? You know I’m keeping them both. These are 40% off right now and so cute I predict they sell out. So strike while the irons hot
This striped one (also available in solid white) I loved in the picture and I like it on, except…the back is way to low for my age. It’s so incredibly cute with the flowy back and bow, but I’m going to leave this to you younger girls.
Okay, I’m all a flutter over this one. First I adore the color. Then there’s the whole eyelet thing, which totally reminds me of my childhood. My mom loved eyelet too. This comes in 4 colors and they’re all pretty. It’s also currently 40% off and will be perfect for Easter, Mother’s Day, weddings & showers. I can pair it with a neutral block heel (this pair from Target are an excellent dupe for the more expensive ones) or it would be super cute with a leopard or snakeskin sandal.
And the hunt for the perfect jumpsuit continues. So far I’ve tried this one, this one and this one. This one is from Loft. It’s a petite so the proportions are a little better on me, but still not perfect. However, I’m still mulling over whether to keep it or not. It’s got pockets a smocked back and it’s a cute print. What do you think?
I love, love, love little swing dresses. They are so comfortable and easy to throw on. They are also versatile. I could easily wear this with a block heel sandal to dress it up or just as easily pair it with a cute sandal. It would also look cute under a denim jacket.
And last, but certainly not least. How incredibly sweet is this little dress. I adore the ruffles and as the name implies it has the cutest little cutout on the top of the back. This is another one that is begging to be worn for Easter, Mother’s Day, to a wedding or bridal shower. So, so cute.
