Hi friends! Happy Friday before Christmas! I am late getting my Friday post out. We traveled all day yesterday. I’m here to tell you it takes a long time to get from the West Coast to the East Coast. I can’t believe I’ve forgotten to share my new favorite camo jacket. It’s a good thing you can’t get fired as a blogger or I might be on the chopping block. HA! I took these pictures and then they got shoved to the back of my mind, which is full of cobwebs.
I picked this up when we were on our trip to Austin. Actually three of us girls bought it. We got it on sale and it was just too cute to pass up. (see it on Chrissy here) It’s a double breasted belted utility jacket that has the feel of a short trench coat. I have mine tied in the back and it makes for a very flattering silhouette.
I wore mine with black jeans, but of course regular denim would work perfectly and I think it would also be cute over a black shirt dress or buttoned up and belted with a skirt.
These booties have been one of my favorite finds. They are Steve Madden and the same cut as this pair that was super popular during the big Nordstrom sale. They’re even better IMO though because the heel is just a little lower.?? One of my other favorites is my Madewell tote. I really can’t begin to express just how much I love this bag. It will hold all the things if you need it to. It’s leather, but not heavy and that’s so hard to find in a bag. I asked for this strap for Christmas and Benny & Erin sent it to me.
Amazingly all of these pieces including my favorite camo jacket are still in stock and the jacket is really reduced in price so it’s a steal of a deal.

What a beautiful camo jacket!! That is one camo piece I do not have in my closet yet. Love how you styled it with that brown oversized tote. Gosh, I am sure you are worn out from traveling from one end to the other. My hubby flew home from Denver this morning and he said the airport is pretty darn busy right now with all the holiday travel. Merry Christmas!

That jacket is too cute! It looks great on you! Having a tote similar to that is a great staple. It's nice for traveling and when you are doing errands to hold extra purchases!
