Perfect Spring Outfit

Happy Wednesday! I am crossing my fingers that eventually spring will arrive here in California, and I’ll be able to wear some of these cute new things I’ve been getting, like this peplum tee. I think this is the perfect spring outfit.

Layers are the name of the game when seasons change. I love a cute peplum tee, and this one with bright pink stripes screams spring and summer. Can’t you just see it with white jeans? It will be adorable. I also got it in a cute heathered peachy/pink, but if these aren’t your colors, it’s available in gray and a blue green. In true Lisa fashion, the two colors I ordered are sold out, but keep checking, because I wouldn’t be surprised if they show back up.

These will be my new spring and summer jeans. They are petite cropped from Wit & Wisdom with the absolution stretch. They are amazingly comfortable and equally as cute.

This jacket is the last thing I got from the Peach spring collection. It’s absolutely the perfect piece for transitioning. It can be worn as a windbreaker or a rain jacket. I just keep thinking how perfect it would be for sitting at spring sporting events. The neck has a zipper around it that holds a hood, so you can just pull it out if it starts raining.

Peach athleisure wear has really won me over. The pieces I’ve received are great quality, comfortable, and versatile. All great qualities to have in clothing. You can see the tie-dye leggings I received here, and the tie-dye dress, here. This jacket also comes in a kind of tie-dye, and I really had to make myself resist getting it. This navy one will never go out of style and I’ll be able to get so much use out of it.

And of course my new Barrington tote is the icing on the cake and looks like it was made to go with the perfect spring outfit. I wanted a new one that looked more spring/summery, so Kent got it for me for Valentine’s Day. I’m hopeful I’ll have an excuse to carry it somewhere out of the house in the not so distant future. I feel the same way about leopard as I do tie-dye. I can’t seem to get enough.

My pick from last weeks linkup is Jill from Doused in Pink. Now that we are working from home, it’s fun to see what others are wearing and get ideas if you’re feeling bored.
