Happy Friday friends! I’m in complete disbelief that tomorrow is the first day of August. You know what I mean? This summer is one for the books, and it’s not one I want to reread anytime soon. HA! Me and my flamingo mask are hitting the air today, and I’m going to spend a few days with my parents, but not before I leave you with a few Friday Favorites.
Speaking of my flamingo mask, look how cute it is. Check out @pressandneedle on Instagram. She runs her business out of San Francisco, so of course I was super excited when she asked me if she could send me some of her masks. Okay y’all, these are probably my favorite masks. They are lightweight, and the shape doesn’t “suck” to your mouth. They are double layer with a pocket for a filter if you like, and they have elastic that is adjustable. I shared my last Trader Joe’s haul on Instagram last week, but in case you missed that, here it is. This wasn’t a big trip. I still had quite a few TJ’s goodies in my freezer, so I just needed to supplement.
The Kringle was a cream cheese, and oh good heavens. Soooo good. The Chili Lime Corn Tortilla Chips are a tasty little snack. We’ve opened one of these bags, and it’s funny…they aren’t as spicy as the last bag we had. They have a little kick to them that is just right. The Chocolate Covered Cherries make for just the perfect little sweet bite. The Sparkling Black Tea with Peach was pretty good. I am not a fan of sparkling waters,(or as the little girl Katie babysits calls them, “spicy water”, so cute!) but I liked this better. I now have 2 Barrington Totes. The pink one is my “summer” bag, and it’s what I always carry on the plane. I put my laptop, iPad, jewelry, misc. charging accessories, ear buds, etc., and snacks in it. It’s truly the perfect size for carrying all of that and fitting under the seat. I’ve been on the hunt for a pair of jean shorts that aren’t quite as distressed as my others. I love those, but sometimes I want something a little nicer. These still have a little distressing, but not bad. They are KUT and that’s one of my favorite denim brands. They fit great and are uber comfortable. I had one pair I ordered from Nordstrom, and I really liked them, but before I wore them out, I came across these on Nordstrom Rack for less than half the price of the first pair. Ding, Ding, Ding…we have a winner. I FaceTimed Katie to get her opinion without telling her the prices, and she picked these. #score
Y’all are loving this tank as much as I am, and that makes me so happy. If you haven’t ordered one yet, DO IT! It’s so darn cute, and extremely affordable. And if I haven’t mentioned it lately, these are my favorite flip-flops. I’m on my 3rd pair. They are that comfy. They have a nice arch support in them, and I wear them as house shoes in the summer.
Aerie sweatshirts are by far my favorites, and every time they come out with a new season, I can’t keep from ordering one. This one is off the charts cute, and I don’t know how long I’m going to be able to resist. It’s on sale, so do me a favor and get it. I size down to an x-small in these. They are perfect with leggings, jeans and shorts.

Those masks are amazing! I love how they fit to the shape of the face. So many masks don't cover the nose effectively. I've been looking at those bags for years. They really are nice and on my wish list!
