Hey friends! I’m declaring today “Wanna Be Wednesday” here at Coast to Coast. It’s also our Style Six linkup. Gosh, we came up with the idea to do this almost a year ago when we were in Austin,TX together. Dang Covid, totally busted our plans for this year…but we’ll make up for that eventually. Anyway, let’s get to this Amazon dress, “Wanna Be Wednesday”, and Style Six.
I’ve been eyeing this dress for some time now, and when I saw the beautiful fall colors of it on Megan, I thought it would be the perfect time to try it. I’ve mentioned that we’ve got a wedding to go to next month, and I thought this might be a contender for me to wear. Oh, and how cute is Megan? I love following her on Instagram.
The fabric this dress is made of is so nice. It’s soft and flowy, and I’d say the quality is as good, if not better than a lot of Target dresses. When you order from Amazon, you cross your fingers and hope for the best. Thanks to influencers hopping on the Amazon train, it’s now easier for you (and me) to find out what’s worth ordering. Thank heavens for Amazon Prime free shipping and returns. Can I get an AMEN?!
I know through other friends who’ve purchased this dress, that if you are a busty gal, there’s a good chance you’ll either have to wear it with a cami and leave it untied, or size up. It worked perfectly for me. Let’s get personal for a minute. I don’t know that I’ve shared my actual bra size with y’all before, but I’m a 34A. Truth of the matter is, I’ve always loved having a smaller chest. I know if it was larger, that due to my height and build, I’d just look bigger all over. Having a smaller build on top, helps to somehow offset my bottom. I can tell you though, that most of the women in my family are large chested, and my husband laughs that when he met my mom and aunts, he was kind of like…what’s the deal here. LOL Thankfully he was more of a smile guy than a “boob” guy. (not that he wouldn’t have been okay with the latter too. 😉
Back to the dress. It’s so comfortable, and feels more like a nighty, than a dress. So if you have a need to look presentable, but aren’t really feeling it, then this dress is the answer. I threw on my denim jacket and it’s the perfect compliment to it. The great thing is how easily it will transition seasonally. I’ve seen these dresses with sandals, and then with booties like I’m wearing, and it looks darling both ways. I think a hat would also make a great addition, and you could easily pair it with tall boots.
It’s been a minute (more like an hour) since I’ve talked about my trusty Madewell tote. Y’all, I got this last year for my birthday and it’s the only bag I’ve carried all year. I also got them for Katie and Erin, and they love them too. We look like the Three Stooges when we’re together, and I’m always wanting to make sure we all end up with the right bag. Let’s be real…I’m the one with the most to lose in that department. #creditcards If you want/need a nice bag, I’d seriously consider one of these. It comes in two leathers. The brown like ours, and then black. A zippered top, or open top, and a larger or smaller version. So there’s really something for everyone. They also typically have some fun animal print available as well. They are perfect for everyday use, travel, office, mama’s with small kids, and so on.
My favorite from last weeks link up was Carrie in her cute gray dress. This is the kind of dress I absolutely love.

I just love that dress! I can see why you couldn't resist! I honestly wish I had a smaller chest! I was a B before kids and now I'm a 32D! Not fun when you like to workout and run! I need to check Sarah's instagram out!
I just love Amazon's free return shipping! I rely on that so much especially when trying new clothes and styles. This dress looks great on you.
Lisa, this dress is so pretty! I love the boho vibe and the color is magnificent on you. It is perfect to transition into the fall. Such great styling, too! I have the opposite boob problem! I am a 38DDD and if I gain just a few pounds that goes quickly to an F, G, or H cup depending on the brand. That struggle is real getting the right fit in bras and tops and dresses!

It is so cute Lisa! The color and print is fabulous. :) P.S. I love that you bought your girls the Madewell bag. What a fabulous gift!
It’s just beautiful and of course I love the color! I don’t know Megan, I’ll have to check out her blog. I especially love it with the Jean jacket and all the fall feels! XO
What a BEAUTIFUL dress!
It's a really pretty dress but being bigger chested and liking a defined waistline, I know it won't work for me. So far I haven't worked a dress that worked from me from Amazon but skirts have been really good.
