Hey y’all!!! Happy Wednesday to you! We are home, and the Christmas countdown is ON! Today I’ve go the perfect holiday outfit for anything. No, seriously, I think this outfit is good for any occasion. We’ve also got our Style Six linkup today too, so make sure you check out some of those posts too.
This outfit is three pieces that you need in your closet. The ways to wear them are countless. Mix and match with so many separates. First up, my beloved Spanx Faux Leather leggings. I feel like I’m beating y’all across the head with them, but I can’t give up. HA! I’ve told you before that when I first got them, I was a little shy about wearing them. I felt very conspicuous. Well I got over that, but quick. Now I wear them every chance I get. As a matter of fact, I loved them so much, I went ahead and invested in the camo pair. Again, L O V E them.
The next piece is this fantastic longer length tee. It’s a “mixed media” meaning it’s two different fabrics. The body of the tee is a poly/spandex and then the hem is a slightly different fabric. There is also a cute net trim at the v-neck that adds that little somethin’-somethin’ extra to it. The length is perfect with leggings, but will work with jeans or could also be tucked in with pants or skirts.
The final piece is this fabulous cashmere leopard open front cardigan. It’s super soft, hits about mid thigh and looks adorable with the leggings, but I’ve also paired it with jeans. This is the kind of sweater you can layer over anything it will look cute. It would work perfectly over a black dress or jumpsuit.
So let’s just think about all the occasions this could be worn.
