What to Wear for the Holidays

Hey y’all. Well this is going to be a fun post because it’s our Style Six linkup, and once again I’m sharing some blogging buddies. These are the same girls I teamed up with to share our gift guides in this post. Today we are sharing ideas for what to wear for the holidays. Do you guys dress up, stay in jammies all day, or wear whatever? We are a wear whatever kinda group over here at the Richardson household. Honestly, one of my favorite parts of Christmas day was always wearing something new. That was when my wardrobe seemed to get a major overhaul courtesy of Santa. #winkwink

Pop on over to my friends blogs and see what they are sharing when you get done here. These ladies are sweet, have great style, and you will love them.

I shared an adorable sweater dress from Target last month, and I’ve got another one today. If you guys are the dress up type, this dress is a winner. It’s over the top adorable and comfortable to boot. OH, and it’s on sale for 30% off. If by some chance leopard print isn’t your thing, it also comes in polka dots.

The tie belt is removable, but I think it looks best with it. I threw on my Spanx shorts to make sure everything was nice and smooth. These are amazing! They smooth and hold without choking, if you know what I mean, and I think you do.?

DRESS || BOOTIES || EARRINGS

This dress has the ever popular puff sleeve with cuffs. The contrasting cuffs, hem, tie and collar are part of what makes this dress extra cute.

I made an easy bootie change to show how cute it looks with both black and neutral colored booties, but you could just as easily pair it with black tights and booties, tall boots, or a nice pair of heels. My neutral booties are on sale for almost half off. They are so cute, and the heel height is manageable. They look good with pretty much everything. Leggings, jeans, dresses. You name, these look cute.

Alrighty, there ya’ go. I hope you like this idea for what to wear for the holidays.
