Last Monday I did a ‘What I’ve Been Wearing’ post, and had enough looks to break it into two posts, so today is the second part. I haven’t worn Chico’s clothing in years, but recently I’ve started styling them again, and loving them. This entire batch of looks features some of my new Chico’s items. If you like any of these, Chico’s is having their semi-annual sale, and most if not all of them are on sale. Oh yeah!
I have been trying to find a Moto jacket that fits my style for what feels like forever. Mission accomplished. So why do I love this one? It’s a great length and the faux leather doesn’t feel faux at all, it’s so soft and comfortable. Not at all stiff and binding. It’s on a crazy good deal for under $50, and I think it will have real staying power. Wear it to work or play. Dressed up or down. This entire look is actually all Chico’s The jeans are a pull on jegging and super comfortable. The denim is so soft, and the sweater…is also crazy soft. It’s the same as the red sweater I shared last month. It’s a cashmere blend that feels so good against your skin, and 60% off.
Y’all know I love a good poncho, wrap, Ruana….all of them. This one is so pretty, and of course I don’t have to say it’s soft, but I will. It’s so soft. This is what I wore New Year’s Day. I put it with my Spanx faux leather leggings, and leggings tee from Abercrombie. These tees are soft, drapey, longer length and a great price point. It makes for a super cute, chic outfit that’s cozy and comfortable. So basically it’s all the c-words. Oh, and of course it’s on sale. I really like that it has a actual sleeve, so it stays in place.
Don’t you just love how some things are timeless and never seem to go out of style? Like plaid. You can basically fall in love with a plaid shirt, buy it, and wear it until it’s threadbare. This winter I’ve found these plaid shirts at, where else? Chico’s. I love the longer length. They work great with leggings, but are perfect with jeans, pants or skirts. These give you a nice long silhouette and lengthen the body too, and I can certainly use all the help I can get there. The material is a soft drapey material that doesn’t hold wrinkles horribly. #praisehands
And of course no day is complete without a perfect pair of pajamas. My PJ drawer is almost exclusively Soma Cool Nights Pajamas these days. I’ve got some kind of addiction, and want all the prints. Lately I’m finding the animal prints irresistible. I mean, is this blue zebra pair too cute or what? I wear a solid blue cami under the top, and take it (the long sleeve) off to sleeve.
Katie went back to school Saturday, so the holidays are officially over. Now let’s see what 2021 has in store for us. Fingers crossed this is going to be a good year. Honestly, I look back on 2020 and even with all it’s challenges, it was still a good year for our family. We made it out with no one falling prey to the dreaded “C” word, and hopefully that will continue.
Hope you enjoyed seeing what I’ve been wearing. See y’all back here Wednesday.

Super Duper cuteness! Of course the zebra jammies are my favorite, LOL! I recently found a moto jacket I love as well, it literally took me years! Yours looks like a great one! I hope you have a super sweet start to your week, I know it’s quiet without Katie girl home but you will see her very soon! Big hugs!
Good grief, I'm so behind. Thanks friend! XO
I just love that hair of yours. Why, oh why, was I not blessed with a crowning glory like that?? Love ya friend,
Kellyann
You are so sweet!!! You've got plenty of other great assets that I don't have. XO
I have been a Chicos gal for years, I sort of have a love/hate relationship with them. I either love what they have or hate it. :o)) Sometimes they can have some of the most awful prints but the rest of it, I'm all about it. My closet pretty much screams Chicos when you walk in it.
I think I'm that way with Loft. Sometimes they hit it out of the park, and sometimes it's a swing and a miss. LOL
You always have such great style Lisa!! I have quite a few moto jackets, and I'm afraid they might just be reproducing, LOL
XOOX
