Womaness and What it Can Do For You

Hey friends! Today I want to start a conversation I’ve had on my mind for quite a while. Let’s talk about the dreaded “M” word. Menopause. It’s out there, looming in the darkness, and we don’t quite know what to expect. One thing that is [probably] for sure, is we will all experience it to some extent sooner or later. What’s the saying?
