Happy Monday my friends! Yesterday I did a tutorial on my Instagram story of how I curl my hair. There are actually a couple of tricks to getting the curls the way I do. I saved it on a “HAIR” highlight, so it will be available if you ever want to check it out. There are several different tutorials on the highlight, so just tap, tap, tap to get to this one. It’s been a while since I’ve shared my current favorite hair products, so I thought this would be a good time to do it.

Hair dryer – My favorite hair dryer has been the T3 for a couple of years. If you’ve never tried a really good hair dryer, you’ll be amazed at the difference. My hair definitely dries faster, and if I ever doubt it, traveling without it confirms it.
Conair 1″ Curling Iron – I’ve had this curling iron for a long time too, and it works great. I tried the T3 once, and didn’t fall in love, so I returned it. That’s not to say I won’t try it again at some point. 😉
Paddle Hair Brush – I like a paddle brush, and have for years and years. I’m currently using one by Gimme, and really like it. They are available in 3 different models depending on your hair. I have the one for thick hair.
Aquage Uplifting Foam – I have used a volumizing mousse product for as long as I can remember and I’be been using the Aquage for a couple of years. I just apply it at the roots before drying.
Colleen Rothschild Hair products – I purchased the Quench & Shine Travel Essentials kit so I could try all the hair products. I really like them and I just received the full size of the mask, styling cream and hair serum. I should have ordered the shampoo too…next time. The mask stays sold out, so I was excited to get my hands on it. I apply the cream after the Aquage mousse and before drying my hair. The serum I use before curling.
Olaplex N° 4 and N°5 – Shampoo and conditioner. I’d been wanting to try these for quite some time, and go lucky and my bestie had them. I used them and really like them…she however didn’t like them, so she gave me hers. This is a good example of not everyone likes the same products. You have to try different brands to see what works best for you.
Living Proof Products – It’s no secret I’m a huge fan of the Living Proof Dry Shampoo. It’s the only one I use these days. The Full Dry Volume Blast is also good for adding some oomph to your hair once you’re done styling it. I have it, and another one I’ll talk about next.
Kenra – I’ve been using a couple Kenra products for months. The Dry Volume Burst is the other one that is good for adding oomph. I’ve been using it the most lately, but I think it and the Living Proof Full Dry Volume Blast are equal. The Volume Spray 25 is the hair spray I use. It gives me hold without stiffness.
