Pre-Weekend Friday Favorites

Let’s here it for Friday!!!! We are on our way to Oklahoma for a wedding weekend and I have no doubt we will have a ton of fun. Before the weekend starts though, I thought I’d share a few pre-weekend Friday favorites with you.

Have you heard of these Palmini noodles? I’d been hearing about them and my friend Kelley made lasagna one day and shared it on her story. Well you know I had to get in on that. I made it right before Katie came home, and she some leftovers. That made it unanimous, we all thought it was delish!!! If you regularly practice low carb or Keto, this is for you. Even if you don’t, you might want to give this a try!

So I didn’t actually intend for this to be a recipe book…LOL, but last week I made some cookies to take with dinner I made for a friend. They were so dog-on good, and you might need to make them for a cook out this weekend, so I have to share. The secret is the sea-salt on top. DO. NOT. leave this out.

Y’all know how I feel about my Vital Proteins. I use them every afternoon in my coffee. They’ve come out with a chocolate version and let me be the first to tell you it is delicious in my coffee. I really didn’t know what to expect, but lets just say I’m loving them. I mix them with the regular plain flavor to keep it from being too chocolatey. Did I really just say that? 😉

I’m still eating the Magic Spoon cereals I got and really do love them. These cereals are low carb and high protein. So pretty much heaven in a bowl. They are perfect for anyone practicing a low carb or Keto diet, but also just anyone who loves cereal without all the added sugar. I finished off 2 boxes, and I’m on the 3rd. This is another one of those things I didn’t really know what to expect. Would it really taste like cereal, or some kind of weird fruity nastiness? Y’all know what I’m talking about. Thankfully, the answer is cereal. The fruit flavor in this box tastes like its sugar coated counter part, Fruit Loops or Trix. Such a happy discovery, and my hats off to the creators of this. You can use my code COASTTOCOAST for $5 off your own pack of 4 boxes at Magic Spoon. I’ve tried chocolate, cinnamon and now fruit. I have the frosted left to open. I have no reason to believe I won’t love it too.

Pre-weekend Friday Favorites SALE ALERT

J Crew Factory is having a great sale, and you know how I feel about that. L O V E it. This dress is coming to me…apparently on a slow boat. HA! I’ll share it when it gets here. In the meantime, I’ve made several outfit inspo collages for you to ponder, and maybe order.

If you missed my other posts this week, I shared several ways to accessorize a little black t-shirt dress, and a Prime Wardrobe dress try on.

That’s it friends. I hope you enjoyed these pre-weekend Friday favorites and have a great holiday weekend…with no rain. Why does Memorial Day weekend seem to summon rain?

    • Thanks! It was fabulous. I need to go to Costco and get a tub of that chocolate yumminess. XO

  • I think many of us are gettin out of dodge this weekend. I love your sales round ups. So many cute things. The frosted Magic Spoon is my favorite. Have the sweetest time in OK and at the wedding. xo

    • I wish it wasn't so darn expensive, but it's a great snack/treat. Hope you had a great weekend. XO

  • I love your wardrobe capsules. Such cute outfits! I NEED to try that chocolate collagen, sounds delish! Enjoy your wedding this weekend!

    • I need to go to Costco today and get a big tub. I ran out of the little packs and I'm missing it. XO

  • Those cookies look delicious. I have made a similar one from the back of the Crisco can, but never tried the sea salt on top. Safe travels to OK.

  • I was intrigued by the cereal until discovered it was almost $10/box. A box of 4 is $39. Even with $5 off code each box is $8.50. Doesn't have all the ingredients that the sugar laden versions do but costs almost double. I will stick with no cereal and pocket book will not suffer.

    • I know what you mean! It is pricey, but maybe good for an occasional treat/snack. Definitely not for eating by the bowl all day. LOL
