Hey y’all! Sorry about Wednesday and the post that didn’t happen. I’ll tell you, technical snafus are the worst. I had planned to share some fun Target fashions, so I decided it was time for Target Friday.
You had me at peplum. It’s no secret how I feel about a peplum top. I also think a square neckline is really flattering on most if not all people. Throw in a little puff sleeve, and BAM, here ya’ go.
These pull on frayed cuffed ankle jeans from Chico’s are one of my current go-to’s. I find myself reaching for them frequently. Not only are they super cute, they are really comfortable. Chico’s is also having a sale, buy 2 or more, get 25% off.
This little top has a very Anthropologie feel in my humble opinion, but no where near the Anthro price. It’s got a sweet square yoke with a split neck, and of course my beloved puff sleeve. It can be worn out or looks cute with a half tuck.
Decisions, decisions. I couldn’t decide so I had to order this one in two colors. I still can’t decide which one I want to keep, so drop your vote in the comments. This is such a sweet top, very lightweight and super comfy. I want to talk about these white cropped flair jeans too. They are so cute, the denim is nice weight and they have the perfect amount of stretch. I ordered my normal size, and they fit…but I’ve ordered the next size up for a little more forgiving fit in the back of the thighs. I’ll keep you posted.
Just look at the precious angel sleeves on this eyelet embellished top. I think it’s just one of the sweetest little shirts I’ve seen. It’s also available in a really pretty terracotta color that I “thought” I ordered, but apparently didn’t. Anyway, this one is a definite must for hot summer days. AND if you haven’t heard me talk about these cropped wide leg jeans, here’s your chance. These are FANTASTIC!!! If I’ve said once, I’ve probably said it 20 times, I wish these came in white.
And the last one is this peasant style blouse that ties in the front. It can just as easily be worn not tied, and comes in several solids and prints. Just an easy breezy summer style. On a side note, these jean shorts are the perfect length, stretchy and you know I’ve fallen hard for button front styles. I was hesitant when I bought my first pair last year, but they are both comfortable and flattering.
