Hey friends and happy Friday! I’m getting a late start on this post. I was having all kinds of issues last night with my computer. I really need to replace it, and it’s on my list. Right now I thought I’d share some of this weeks favorites and purchases. Did you shop any of the sales this week? There was the big Amazon Prime sale and then Target had one of their own. I ordered several things. I’ve also been getting things for the new townhouse, so maybe I’ll share those as well.
My most favorite thing this week was getting to see one of my blogging besties who became a real life bestie a few years ago. As luck would have it, her son also moved to Nashville, so now we can coordinate trips and visit at the same time. Kellyann was here this week and we spent two days together. It was wonderful.
The cabinets in the bathrooms in our new townhouse don’t have any drawers. WHAT??? So weird. Anyway, I knew I was going to want some kind of pull out drawers for in the cabinets to make storage easier. These were on sale during Targets 2 day sale, so I ordered 6. One to go inside each of the cabinet doors. They came already assembled and all you have to do it put them in and load them up. They’re really well made and the price is good too.
Y’all know I’ve been ordering hats to share. I really like the ones I got from Amazon, but I saw this one on the Costco website and thought I’d give it a try. I am so glad I did. Not only do I love the style, but it has built in sun protection (aka UPF) so that’s double the protection with your sunscreen. My favorite sunscreen for under my makeup is the EltaMD. It’s not greasy and a very reputable brand.
I wore this adorable dress on Saturday and asked Kent to take a couple of pictures. When we went outside, there was the cutest bunny. He was so tame and sat that for a long time. We were very quiet and got him in several pictures. Back to the dress. It’s super comfortable, fully lined and has pockets. I am smitten. I also have a new tote from Chico’s that I’ve been carrying for the last week. It’s lightweight, but holds everything.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. My favorite brand of bras, undies, and sleep is Soma. They are having a great sale on the Embraceable bras today. There are no really comfortable strapless bras in my book, but the one that comes closest is this one. Select bras are on sale 2 for $50 and some are on a BOGO 50% off. Those are both great deals. I always buy my bras during one of their sales. Some of the undies are also on sale 7 for $37.
