What I’ve Worn Lately

Hi friends and Happy Thanksgiving Eve! This is it…the gateway to the what I consider the official start of the holidays. Let’s take a look at what I’ve worn lately, and then on Friday I’ll have a big Black Friday sale roundup for you. I’ll be highlighting some of my favorite brands that I’ve worked with and some special deals they’re offering

I wore this look to church last week and loved it. I’m a huge fan of the long vest trend, and grabbed this one on the H&M website. It is perfection with my Spanx leggings. I wore it all day long and didn’t even change if that tells you where it ranks on the comfort scale. Check out my new Teddy Blake crossbody bag. Is it cute or what? I love that it has the long strap, but it also has the cutest little handle for carrying, and get this, it’s removable. This is my second Teddy Blake bag. You can see the other style I have here.

Y’all know I love my J Crew boot cut jeans! I ordered the black version during a recent sale along with this sweater, and good news, they’re still on sale. These are also new booties. I wanted a black leather pair for wearing when it rains, to save all my suede pairs.

This outfit you’ve seen before, but I wore it again on Monday. Still loving these Wit & Wisdom Bitty Boot cut jeans and this sweater from Target. I mean, the sleeves just make it.

This was this past Sunday’s church look. I bought this cashmere sweater last year from Macy’s, but I found one almost identical for you at Chico’s. This is a very classic look, but the animal print gives it a fun twist. These are my Spanx Perfect Pants Slim Leg and they are F A B U L O U S! They’re off the charts comfy, and so flattering. I wore this yesterday and in the evening I added a shacket. This sweater is so soft and comes in a couple of other colors. I love a longer swingy sweater like this. These jeans are my first Madewell jeans and I have absolutely LOVED them and wear them all the time. Madewell is having 30% off right now, so it’s a great time to grab a pair of these…and you might want to get this bag. I have it and love it too. (and I’ve give one to both of the girls)

And one last look…see, I told you I love these jeans. They’re also the perfect length on me for booties. These Target booties look way more expensive than they are. I love this Patagonia vest. Not only is it cute, but it’s warm, and I love layering vests over sweaters. I rarely wear coats in California, but you’ll find me in a vest quite often during the winter months.
