Chico’s Quilted Leather Jacket

Hi friends! I always have to greet you with that or it just doesn’t feel right. Today I’m sharing this darling Chico’s quilted leather jacket.I’ve become a collector of jackets in the last year or so, mostly thanks to Chico’s. Maybe it’s contagious, because I swear my mom owns almost every jacket they’ve ever made. LOL

This jacket is a great alternative to a Moto or bomber jacket, and the quilting adds a little something special and classy.

I’ve found Chico’s really knows how to do faux leather and make it buttery soft. I have several other faux leather jackets from them and they are all equally soft, which also makes them comfortable. Kent is amazed every time he touches one at how soft they are and how much they look like the real deal. I kinda figure when your husband says that, it’s pretty good validation.

I layered it over this luscious cashmere sleeveless mock turtleneck. Cashmere is another area where I believe Chico’s excels. I have the matching joggers and they are fabulous to say the least. If you are thinking about a splurge for yourself (or mom, etc…) I’d recommend either or both of these. 

This is a new pair of jeans, and again, the fit is great. They are a slightly lower waist, which is a welcome change from all the high waist mom jeans, in my humble opinion. These are a buttery soft denim too, and will work well from now until the warmer months. 

I accessorized with a fun leopard belt, long pendant necklace, and this leather clutch that has been a favorite since back in the spring. It’s a wallet, but has a crossbody strap as well. It will hold all your cards and cash (ha, does anyone even carry cash?) and your phone will also fit in it. Here’s another testimony…Katie liked mine, so I got her one for Christmas. She loves it. So it’s mother/daughter approved.
