Pink Gauze Dress

Hi friends!!! I’m back. Wednesday will be my first post with all kinds of fun things from our trip to NOLA last week, but for now I’ve got a question for you. What excites you? I’ll tell you this pink gauze dress excites me! Honestly anything in this gauze fabric excites me. It was everywhere last spring and summer, and it’s making a comeback this spring. Woo to the hoo!

This one was gifted to me from Social Threads, and it’s about as perfect as a little spring/summer dress can be. I’ll be able to wear it from start to finish, meaning from cooler spring days to the heat of summer. Seriously, this fabric is so good. It’s cotton and breathable. I love the bracelet length sleeves, and of course it has pockets. #enoughsaid

I also got this darling beaded clutch that goes with the dress, but will look so cute with a lot of spring and summer outfits. Just think about it with jeans and a white shirt. Super cute. It has a chain strap tucked inside, so if you prefer a little shoulder bag or crossbody to keep your hands free, no problem.

I went out with my friend Nanette one morning to shoot some photos, and we headed to the 12 South are here in Nashville. I don’t think I could have found a better spot to shoot a pink dress. It’s so cute with the stripes on the brick. This is the side of the Draper James store that is owned by Reese Witherspoon.
