Cute Shorts Outfit for Summer

Hi friends! Well if this doesn’t blow your mind, I don’t know what will. Me, in a cute shorts outfit for summer. HA! You know I don’t wear shorts frequently, but I’m embracing my legs, and trying to become more secure. We all have things we don’t like about ourselves. Let’s be honest, but nobody is perfect. Maybe that should say no body is perfect. 😉

I’ve been sharing Avara, an online boutique with you for quite a while. They really have some of the cutest styles for good prices. I especially love all the bright colorful tops they carry, like this one. This is the Maribelle top.

The Maribelle is cotton, but it doesn’t seem to wrinkle terribly. I adore the double ruffles at the shoulders, and a little ruffle around the neck. It doesn’t lack for details or pretty colors. I don’t have many shorts in my drawer, but one of my favorite pairs are these 6″ inseam from Loft. A 6″ inseam offers enough length without being a bermuda, so it’s a good compromise. Mine are a couple of years old, but they have basically the same pair here. You can’t beat a good basic like black shorts. I think these and a good pair of denim shorts are must haves for anyone who wears shorts in the warmer months.
