Hi friends! I shared this fast and delicious chicken noodle soup on Instagram over the weekend. One of my friends made this for Katie a few years ago when she was sick, and I’ve been making it ever since. If you have a friend or loved one who’s under the weather, or maybe you know a new mama who could benefit from having dinner dropped off. This recipe is fast, easy, and everyone will love it. It’s truly the best chicken noodle soup I’ve ever eaten.
I couldn’t believe it when I found out how this was made. You start with a store bought packaged mix. Yes! It doesn’t get any easier than that.
Sometimes I can find the mix at WalMart and when I do, I stock up. The other day when I share it on IG it was available on Amazon for a good price, but today the price is up. (that’s one thing that drives me bonkers about Amazon…you never know from day to day what the price will be.)
So as you can see, this one is so crazy easy. I like pulling it out of the pantry on nights when I’m short on time or feeling uninspired…or not feeling well like I was over the weekend. The creamy, salty yumminess is sure to cure what ales you.
I made it in my Caraway sauce pan. I know I keep telling y’all about these, but they are seriously such a nice set of cookware. Things not only cook beautifully in them, but the clean us is so easy. This link will get you 10% off your Caraway purchase. If you want to see an unboxing of these pans, you can watch it here and check out the fantastic storage that comes with them. #genius
We’ve also tried the Cream of Broccoli soup mix from Bear Creek and it was good too. I of course added cheese.
Hope you enjoyed the break in content today, and with winter being here you’ll find a night to make this fast and delicious chicken noodle soup for your family.

I’d rather make my own with a whole organic bone in chicken , carrots , celery, onion , parsley and cook down . Then add cooked noodles . Cooked so they don’t suck up all the good broth . Then I freeze in 2 persons size containers which are easy and quick to add to sauce pan and unthaw with lid on . Just all natural organic fresh food .
