Easy Spring Outfit Formula

Hi friends and happy Monday! I mentioned in Friday’s post that Kent and I went to Cheekwood last week. It was a semi-cool spring day, so I wore layers. A pair of white jeans, a black shirt and a denim jacket are an easy spring outfit formula.

I grabbed this new pair of KUT from the Kloth white jeans out of my closet. They have an uneven raw hem with a straight leg. I like the uneven hem, but I’m honestly thinking I might have to cut them off to make them slightly shorter. A lot of people will tell you to size up in white jeans. A lot of people will also tell you to size down in KUT jeans, so I just stayed with my normal size. Since white jeans can be very unforgiving when it comes to cellulite I felt like going with my normal size would work best. If these were blue, I think I would want to size down.

My denim jacket also happens to be from KUT and it also has a raw hem. I really like the silhouette of this jacket. It’s slightly fitted, so it’s not boxy like the “trucker” style. It lends itself to going well with dresses too, since it’s a little more tailored.
