Hi friends! I am so happy to be headed into full on summer. I know it’s not for everyone, but it sure is for me. I always like to look back and see what the top sellers were the month before, so let’s see what May’s top sellers were.
These trouser jeans have been so popular and with good reason. They are cute, comfortable and stylish. I have them in two washes I love them so much.
The new Spanx Thinstincts are perfect under dresses or pants that need some smoothing. I like to wear them under knits and form fitting dresses.
This is one of four dresses from Walmart that made the top sellers and with good reason. It’s so pretty, the quality is amazing and it comes in three colors. These dresses that Walmart is producing don’t last on the website. They sell out pronto.
Yep, another one of the Walmart dresses, and it is so cute. It’s almost sold out too. There are a couple of sizes left. This one looks like it came from a boutique.
Dress #3 from Walmart is this cute knit dress with the little pleats around the bottom. It’s a lightweight sweater dress and the colors are really fun. This one is still in stock in all but one size.
Dress #4 is super cute as well and has a slight retro, but classic feel. The knit is not flimsy and feels much more expensive than it is. It also comes in some solids.
This is a super cute top. The ric-rac trim on the sleeves is the perfect added detail, and for the women in midlife who aren’t fans of showing their upper arms, this top is a great addition to the closet. It comes in 4 other colors and is currently on sale. (this color appears to be sold out.)
This is such a good strapless bra. By far the most comfortable one I’ve ever one. It has straps that can be worn multiple ways. Fit tip: Size down in the band size on this one.
You know how I feel about gauze. This top is a great one for those days that are cooler or days when you just don’t know what to wear. Throw on your favorite jeans and head out the door.
This new version of the Living Proof Dry Shampoo is for sure a favorite of mine. I really like to use it on days 3 and 4 of hair days.
The 4th of July is just around the corner and that means lots of cookouts and backyard BBQ’s. There are so many fun outdoor games for July 4th, and you can order them on Amazon to get them in time. These would be fun to have set up in stations around your yard, or some of them could easily be carried to a park if you’re gathering there.
I’ve seen several of these in use at the beach as well. Big kids/young adults and even older adults sometimes enjoy having something to do when spending an entire day on the beach.
GIANT WOODEN YARD DICE – You can play two games with these giant dice. Yardzee or Yardkle. HAHAHA!
YARD DARTS – Not only are these yard darts, they glow in the dark. Now personally, by the time it gets dark during the summer we’re already in our jammies, but if you like to walk on the wild side, these are for you. LOL
YARD CONNECT FOUR – Did you have Connect Four as a kid? I did, and I loved it. I think this would be fun, and even the littles could play.
BADMINTON – This looks like such an easy way to play Badminton. This game has been around forever. This net doesn’t require spikes, and I think that would keep it from sagging.
LADDER TOSS – We bought one of these years ago for Katie’s graduation party. I had played it somewhere and it was a lot of fun. We will be pulling this out the next time we have a gathering.
HORSESHOES – I haven’t played horseshoes in years, but I used to love it. Most kids these days have probably never heard of it. Let’s bring it back.
BOCCE BALL – The only time I’ve played this was at an Italian restaurant, but it was a lot of fun.
GIANT JENGA – Not gonna’ lie, this one scares me a little. We went to a party with a reallly giant one, and I was terrified it would fall on someone. I think this one is a slightly smaller scale, so probably a lot safer.
CORN HOLE – This is a crowd pleaser, and I see a lot of people who take them (in a wagon) out on the beach to play. Little kids love playing with the bean bags for this one.
Check out this post with red, white and blue looks to go with your new outdoor games for July 4th.
Or this post has more red, white and blue all American summer style that would be fantastic for the 4th.
Have you signed up for my newsletters yet? You can do it at the bottom of this page. On Monday’s I share last weeks top 6 sellers, and on Friday’s there is a complete list of sales. There are usually things included in the newsletter for subscribers that don’t appear on the blog.😉 It’s kind of like Instagram. I share things all week long in stories and on the grid that don’t necessarily make it here.
Have a wonderful Monday!!!!

Looking at those dresses, it seems I have embraced my sad beige child phase at the wrong time, haha! I am all about the neutrals now--but those are some super fun bright colors for summer! Hope you're having a great weekend, Blog Mom! xoxo
