A Surprise Fall Walmart Haul

Did that title get you? I don’t share Walmart too often, but I ordered some things for a surprise fall Walmart haul, and let me just that they are really good. Not only is the quality there for every single one of these, but the prices are just amazingly good.

tunic sweater & jeans

Both of these are immediate add to cart items. The sweater is super soft and work with jeans or leggings. The brown tones are big for fall and this is such a pretty one.

The jeans! I cannot believe these jeans are only $20. Yes, $20! They are so cute. See the next photo for the detail on the bottom of the leg. I’m so glad I ordered the in spite of the awful picture on the website. If you’ve wanted to try a flare leg jean without investing a lot, these are the ones!

twill trench coat

How cute is this? I’ve been a fan of this length trench for years and years, and had quite a few in different colors. This one matches the tunic above perfectly, but will go with so many things this fall and is a really good mid-weight.

turtleneck sweater

You know one of the styles trending for fall? Turtlenecks. We were talking about them this weekend. This sweater is super soft, a good length, not cropped but not too long either, and it feels great on. I love the color olive green for fall, and it’s especially good on blondes. IMO. 😉

joggers & sweatshirt

These two pieces are sold as separates and come in several colors. Let me just say that they are both crazy soft, and the knit is such nice quality. The sweatshirt is actually a tunic length that I just did a front tuck with. The sneakers are also from Walmart and if you are looking for a fun pair of sneakers at a good price (like $20), look no further. These have a fabulous cushiony insole and feel really good on. I’m wearing medium in both pieces. They are both a little big, but I’d prefer oversized instead of snug.

denim shacket

I had to order this shacket. I knew it would be super cute over these two pieces with the hood pulled out, and I was right. Such a cute casual look. This just reads fall weekend. Think about the pumpkin patch, the kids soccer games, or travel. You’ll look put together and comfortable all at the same time.

I am really just so impressed with the quality of these fall pieces. The hardest part about shopping on Walmart.com is that things sell out super fast. So if you’re interested in something and they have your size, add to cart immediately. No joke, they go like hotcakes.

The 4th of July is just around the corner and that means lots of cookouts and backyard BBQ’s. There are so many fun outdoor games for July 4th, and you can order them on Amazon to get them in time. These would be fun to have set up in stations around your yard, or some of them could easily be carried to a park if you’re gathering there.

I’ve seen several of these in use at the beach as well. Big kids/young adults and even older adults sometimes enjoy having something to do when spending an entire day on the beach.

GIANT WOODEN YARD DICE – You can play two games with these giant dice. Yardzee or Yardkle. HAHAHA!

YARD DARTS – Not only are these yard darts, they glow in the dark. Now personally, by the time it gets dark during the summer we’re already in our jammies, but if you like to walk on the wild side, these are for you. LOL

YARD CONNECT FOUR – Did you have Connect Four as a kid? I did, and I loved it. I think this would be fun, and even the littles could play.

BADMINTON – This looks like such an easy way to play Badminton. This game has been around forever. This net doesn’t require spikes, and I think that would keep it from sagging.

LADDER TOSS – We bought one of these years ago for Katie’s graduation party. I had played it somewhere and it was a lot of fun. We will be pulling this out the next time we have a gathering.

HORSESHOES – I haven’t played horseshoes in years, but I used to love it. Most kids these days have probably never heard of it. Let’s bring it back.

BOCCE BALL – The only time I’ve played this was at an Italian restaurant, but it was a lot of fun.

GIANT JENGA – Not gonna’ lie, this one scares me a little. We went to a party with a reallly giant one, and I was terrified it would fall on someone. I think this one is a slightly smaller scale, so probably a lot safer.

CORN HOLE – This is a crowd pleaser, and I see a lot of people who take them (in a wagon) out on the beach to play. Little kids love playing with the bean bags for this one.

Check out this post with red, white and blue looks to go with your new outdoor games for July 4th.

Or this post has more red, white and blue all American summer style that would be fantastic for the 4th.

Have you signed up for my newsletters yet? You can do it at the bottom of this page. On Monday’s I share last weeks top 6 sellers, and on Friday’s there is a complete list of sales. There are usually things included in the newsletter for subscribers that don’t appear on the blog.😉 It’s kind of like Instagram. I share things all week long in stories and on the grid that don’t necessarily make it here.

Have a wonderful Monday!!!!
