This Week on Like To Know It

If you’re not following along on LTK, then when you see what I shared this week on Like to Know it, maybe you’ll change your mind. These are just a few of the many posts I shared. To give you an idea, I try to share at least 6 posts a day. That’s 42 different things in the course of a week that you may not see me share anywhere else.

Before we get to some of those posts, let me fill you in on LTK (Like To Know It) just in case you aren’t familiar with it. It’s an app…a FREE app. Influencers share on it everyday, and it’s a great way to make shopping easy, find out about sales, and get styling ideas. You can follow your favorite influencers and then you’ll see when they share something new. Click here to follow me ❤️

Trouser jeans and blouse

Trouser jeans are a huge trend this fall along with trouser style pants. This pair is from Chico’s and they’re a nice soft material. The blouse is from Gibsonlook and it’s the perfect fall top. You can use the code LISA10 for 10% off everything at Gibsonlook.

Gibsonlook dress

I love this dress and feel great in it. The colors are beautiful and they have a hot pink blazer that goes great with it. The code LISA10 works on these too.

My hair products

I did a story this week sharing how I use these velcro rollers to style my hair. You can watch that here. These are some of my favorite hair care products and tools. OH and Colleen Rothschild is having a Buy One, Get One 50% off sale.

Jude Connally dress

These dresses have become some of my favorites. The fabric is silky soft, stretchy, and so comfortable. This one is perfect as we change seasons.

Mother jeans and Spanx

I bought my first Mother jeans last year and haven’t regretted it for a single second. These flares are so soft, comfortable and flattering. They look super cute with this wrap top from the Air Essentials line at Spanx. You can use LISAXSPANX on any Spanx purchase of regular price items.

Had you already seen these posts from this week on Like To Know It?

So along the same lines as LTK, there’s my newsletter. Be sure to sign up at the bottom of the post to receive it. I send it out whenever there’s a new post, and when there’s something good to share…like a great sale I don’t want you to miss.

Have a great weekend friends!!!

The 4th of July is just around the corner and that means lots of cookouts and backyard BBQ’s. There are so many fun outdoor games for July 4th, and you can order them on Amazon to get them in time. These would be fun to have set up in stations around your yard, or some of them could easily be carried to a park if you’re gathering there.

I’ve seen several of these in use at the beach as well. Big kids/young adults and even older adults sometimes enjoy having something to do when spending an entire day on the beach.

GIANT WOODEN YARD DICE – You can play two games with these giant dice. Yardzee or Yardkle. HAHAHA!

YARD DARTS – Not only are these yard darts, they glow in the dark. Now personally, by the time it gets dark during the summer we’re already in our jammies, but if you like to walk on the wild side, these are for you. LOL

YARD CONNECT FOUR – Did you have Connect Four as a kid? I did, and I loved it. I think this would be fun, and even the littles could play.

BADMINTON – This looks like such an easy way to play Badminton. This game has been around forever. This net doesn’t require spikes, and I think that would keep it from sagging.

LADDER TOSS – We bought one of these years ago for Katie’s graduation party. I had played it somewhere and it was a lot of fun. We will be pulling this out the next time we have a gathering.

HORSESHOES – I haven’t played horseshoes in years, but I used to love it. Most kids these days have probably never heard of it. Let’s bring it back.

BOCCE BALL – The only time I’ve played this was at an Italian restaurant, but it was a lot of fun.

GIANT JENGA – Not gonna’ lie, this one scares me a little. We went to a party with a reallly giant one, and I was terrified it would fall on someone. I think this one is a slightly smaller scale, so probably a lot safer.

CORN HOLE – This is a crowd pleaser, and I see a lot of people who take them (in a wagon) out on the beach to play. Little kids love playing with the bean bags for this one.

Check out this post with red, white and blue looks to go with your new outdoor games for July 4th.

Or this post has more red, white and blue all American summer style that would be fantastic for the 4th.

Have you signed up for my newsletters yet? You can do it at the bottom of this page. On Monday’s I share last weeks top 6 sellers, and on Friday’s there is a complete list of sales. There are usually things included in the newsletter for subscribers that don’t appear on the blog.😉 It’s kind of like Instagram. I share things all week long in stories and on the grid that don’t necessarily make it here.

Have a wonderful Monday!!!!

  • Hi Lisa:
I have been following you for some time now and love your style. I have noticed, however, the items you are choosing are so very expensive. It's kind of discouraging as I always look forward to seeing what you have.
    Oh well. Just a comment.
    Sandy
