Hi friends! These new styles from Walmart are good, really good. They won’t be around long, so if you see something you like, click add to cart. That’s the hardest part about sharing Walmart. They sell out super quick.
Did you know olive green is a neutral? I love it and you can mix it with so many other colors. I’m a neutral girl to my soul, with splashes of color. These cargo pants are super cute and you can wear them dressed up or put a sneaker with them. I have on a small, but would like to try an XS. The brand is Free Assembly and it tends to run a little large.
The pink striped shirt is adorable. The square-ish neck is very flattering, and the puff sleeves are feminine. This will be a cute look to take right into spring.
This is the same pair of pants in navy. I really like how the white stitching looks. I’ve noticed deep hems are trending on pants this year.
Add a denim jacket and cute bag to complete the look.
Would you believe this sweater is under $17? Seriously. The hearts are embroidered and the knit is nice. What a deal. It’s super cute with the navy cargo pants, but would also be darling with denim or white jeans.
This is the same sweater in navy with the cute graphic LOVE on it.
I swapped out the cap toe sling backs for sneakers to show how cute the pants look with a more casual styling. Which way is your favorite?
The 4th of July is just around the corner and that means lots of cookouts and backyard BBQ’s. There are so many fun outdoor games for July 4th, and you can order them on Amazon to get them in time. These would be fun to have set up in stations around your yard, or some of them could easily be carried to a park if you’re gathering there.
I’ve seen several of these in use at the beach as well. Big kids/young adults and even older adults sometimes enjoy having something to do when spending an entire day on the beach.
GIANT WOODEN YARD DICE – You can play two games with these giant dice. Yardzee or Yardkle. HAHAHA!
YARD DARTS – Not only are these yard darts, they glow in the dark. Now personally, by the time it gets dark during the summer we’re already in our jammies, but if you like to walk on the wild side, these are for you. LOL
YARD CONNECT FOUR – Did you have Connect Four as a kid? I did, and I loved it. I think this would be fun, and even the littles could play.
BADMINTON – This looks like such an easy way to play Badminton. This game has been around forever. This net doesn’t require spikes, and I think that would keep it from sagging.
LADDER TOSS – We bought one of these years ago for Katie’s graduation party. I had played it somewhere and it was a lot of fun. We will be pulling this out the next time we have a gathering.
HORSESHOES – I haven’t played horseshoes in years, but I used to love it. Most kids these days have probably never heard of it. Let’s bring it back.
BOCCE BALL – The only time I’ve played this was at an Italian restaurant, but it was a lot of fun.
GIANT JENGA – Not gonna’ lie, this one scares me a little. We went to a party with a reallly giant one, and I was terrified it would fall on someone. I think this one is a slightly smaller scale, so probably a lot safer.
CORN HOLE – This is a crowd pleaser, and I see a lot of people who take them (in a wagon) out on the beach to play. Little kids love playing with the bean bags for this one.
Check out this post with red, white and blue looks to go with your new outdoor games for July 4th.
Or this post has more red, white and blue all American summer style that would be fantastic for the 4th.

There are usually things included in the newsletter for subscribers that don’t appear on the blog.😉 It’s kind of like Instagram. I share things all week long in stories and on the grid that don’t necessarily make it here.

Walmart has so me really cute spring pieces! I am loving the utility pants!

The pants are super cute. The quality is great too

I wish Walmart carried some of these cute things in one of our three stores locally. I’ve been to other big cities in our state and they carry more of these items. Cute pants though!
I know what you mean. I think it depends on how big the Walmart in your area is. Ours aren’t the super Walmarts, so we don’t have much of these brands either. I ordered everything online. They do have free shipping returns if you want to try things.

Oh, my gravy, those are the cutest pants in both color options. But I love me some green!! I'm trying to replace the pants I have always worn heels with for shorter length pants I can wear with flats. These look like they would fit the bill. Yay for Walmart offering such great pieces.
They're so good! Thanks Leslie!!!
