Are you ready for what’s new at Dillard’s part two? If you missed Monday’s post, it was part one. I spent what felt like half a day in the dressing room recently, and if I hadn’t just gotten tired, I could have made another round through the store and found a whole new batch to try on. Dillard’s has so many beautiful options. I ordered several Mother of the Bride dress options last year when I was shopping for my dress for Katie’s wedding.
This is actually two pieces sold as separates, but it gives the illusion of a jumpsuit. I think it’s a new brand for Dillard’s and it has a very Farm Rio feel at a much more affordable price point. You’ll see in the next photo how cute the top is styled with the coral jeans from Monday. The pants would also be super cute with the ruffle sleeve tank later in this post. I’m wearing smalls in both, but I think and XS top would be a better fit.
Look how cute the top is with these jeans. They go together beautifully. The top has so many colors, you could wear it with most any color pants.
Both of these are also from the same Gibson Latimer collection. What a cute maxi skirt, and the top is also adorable. You could wear both of these with lots of options as well.
Here’s the same cute top with the jeans. I’m telling you, these jeans are so cute and comes in other colors too. you could easily wear these for workwear if your office environment isn’t too “polished”. I’m wearing an 8 in the jeans, but I think my true 6 would have fit better. They definitely run a little small.
I have on an XS top.
Both of these are from Splendid. If you know anything at all about this brand, then you know they make pretty pieces, and they have beautiful, soft gauze fabric. These are separates and come in different colors. I have on an XS top and small pants.
Have I convinced you to buy the jeans? HA! Seriously, they go with so much, and who would have thought with them being a color like this.
This top is another gauze piece. You know how I love gauze. I’ve been somewhat obsessed with it for the last few years. I’m wearing an XS in the top.

I don’t share very frequently that I am a RF Consultant. If you’ve ever wanted to try the Lash Boost (which I absolutely swear by)…this is the perfect time.
I have on mascara in both of these photos…can you believe the difference? You’ll see a tiny bit of growth at 4 weeks, more at 8 weeks, and will definitely see a difference at 12 weeks, with continued improvement for months after that.
The 4th of July is just around the corner and that means lots of cookouts and backyard BBQ’s. There are so many fun outdoor games for July 4th, and you can order them on Amazon to get them in time. These would be fun to have set up in stations around your yard, or some of them could easily be carried to a park if you’re gathering there.
I’ve seen several of these in use at the beach as well. Big kids/young adults and even older adults sometimes enjoy having something to do when spending an entire day on the beach.
GIANT WOODEN YARD DICE – You can play two games with these giant dice. Yardzee or Yardkle. HAHAHA!
YARD DARTS – Not only are these yard darts, they glow in the dark. Now personally, by the time it gets dark during the summer we’re already in our jammies, but if you like to walk on the wild side, these are for you. LOL
YARD CONNECT FOUR – Did you have Connect Four as a kid? I did, and I loved it. I think this would be fun, and even the littles could play.
BADMINTON – This looks like such an easy way to play Badminton. This game has been around forever. This net doesn’t require spikes, and I think that would keep it from sagging.
LADDER TOSS – We bought one of these years ago for Katie’s graduation party. I had played it somewhere and it was a lot of fun. We will be pulling this out the next time we have a gathering.
HORSESHOES – I haven’t played horseshoes in years, but I used to love it. Most kids these days have probably never heard of it. Let’s bring it back.
BOCCE BALL – The only time I’ve played this was at an Italian restaurant, but it was a lot of fun.
GIANT JENGA – Not gonna’ lie, this one scares me a little. We went to a party with a reallly giant one, and I was terrified it would fall on someone. I think this one is a slightly smaller scale, so probably a lot safer.
CORN HOLE – This is a crowd pleaser, and I see a lot of people who take them (in a wagon) out on the beach to play. Little kids love playing with the bean bags for this one.
Check out this post with red, white and blue looks to go with your new outdoor games for July 4th.
Or this post has more red, white and blue all American summer style that would be fantastic for the 4th.
Have you signed up for my newsletters yet? You can do it at the bottom of this page. On Monday’s I share last weeks top 6 sellers, and on Friday’s there is a complete list of sales. There are usually things included in the newsletter for subscribers that don’t appear on the blog.😉 It’s kind of like Instagram. I share things all week long in stories and on the grid that don’t necessarily make it here.
Have a wonderful Monday!!!!

Just wanted to thank you for your Walmart blazer recommendation a while back. It seemed too good to be true, but….you were exactly right. They are some of the comfiest blazers I own, feel high quality, and for $30, just amazing. I didn’t care for the buttons and planned to replace them, but found that I love it without buttons and the holes steamed right out! Thank you for your tip!
Hi Kimberly!
Thanks for letting me know. I’m so happy you love it. I’ll tell ya’, Walmarts fashion has really come a long way and there are so many really good options.
