If you’re like me, you may notice thinning or breakage around your hairline. I’ve always had a hairline that goes kinda far back, but in the last few years, it feels like it’s going even farther. I’ve also noticed that either it’s not growing or it’s breaking. When I got my hair done a couple of weeks ago, I was asking my hair girl about it and she recommended putting this oil on it everyday. She said to use 3 pumps…I find that to be a little too much on the daily, but do use that much the day I dry it.
So far I can tell it really is making my hair softer and shinier.
The purpose of the oil is to add moisture. She said that’s one of the biggest problems with hair as we age.
I’ve been using this cleanser and really like it. Here’s the thing…it’s a POWDER! Remember the soap dispensers we had back in the day in school that turned out powdered soap? HA! That’s what it reminds me of. You pour some out in your hand, add water and poof…it’s a cleanser. It has little exfoliating beads in it that provide gentle exfoliation. It’s also great to carry for travel. It doesn’t weigh a lot, and you don’t have to worry about leaking.

I got these 40 oz. tumblers for my brother and myself before we had our surgeries. (Which was 8 weeks ago, yesterday) Did you know water is one of the best things you can do for your kidneys? We should drink a minimum of 64 oz of water a day or half your weight in ounces.
I like several things about this tumbler. It holds a lot! I try to fill it twice a day and drink them. It really does keep drinks cold alllll day. I put ice in it in the morning and the next day most of it is still in there.
JONES ROAD sent me this mascara and I was skeptical, but as it turns out, it’s one of the 5 things I’m really loving. I’ve used the L’Oreal Double Extend Mascara for more years than I can count. I strayed to try some new ones for a couple of years, but went back.
This mascara goes on really well, stays on, doesn’t flake and removes easily with warm water.

Just curious how you and your brother are doing, after his transplant?? I don't do Instagram, so I don't see daily updates. Hoping that both of you are doing well.
Thank you so much for asking, Teresa! We are doing great. He went back to work at the end of last week and has started working in his yard again. I am ready to go back to the gym and and get back into my weights classes.
