If bananas are frozen, thaw so you can "mush" them
While making the dough, melt one stick of butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar on stove top. Stir frequently and let throughly combine
Mix bananas with Bisquick to form a dough. It will be a little sticky, but workable (able to knead)
Spread dough out into a rectangle about 12-15" long by 8-10" wide
Spread butter on entire rectangle, then sprinkle generously with brown sugar
Roll long ways so you have a long jellyroll style log
Cut into 12 slices
Spray a muffin pan with nonstick spray
Put 1 T of butter brown sugar mixture into bottom of each muffin pan, sprinkle in chopped pecans or a few pecan halves.
Place one slice in each muffin pan. Place muffin pan on baking sheet to catch any liquid that may boil over
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes
Allow to set for a couple of minutes then place cookie cooling rack on top and flip muffins over. (keep over a baking sheet to catch drips)
ENJOY. Best when eaten right out of the oven.
