Friday Favorites #47

Friday Favorites time and it’s the first Friday in March. 

Wow!

We’ve had a beautiful week here in CA with a lot of sun. The temps are still a little cool, but at least it’s stopped raining…for now.

Let’s get right to what made me smile this week and found it’s way on to my favorites list.

~one~

New perfume.

I’ve been looking for a new fragrance and stumbled on this one by Burberry when we were out Sunday. I seem to be a sponge for perfume but this week I met some friends for lunch and they were raving about how good I smelled. I was tickled pink (haha, pink) that they could smell me.

The color blush. 

I did a post earlier this week on all the blush things I’m crushing on. If there’s one color that’s the “IT” color this spring, BLUSH is without a doubt it.

We are so excited to finally have some lemons to come off our lemon bush. We’ve been waiting a couple of years for them to produce. Now I’ve just got to figure out what’s worthy of my ginormous crop. 😉

I pretty much have appointed myself as your official Halo Top tester. We found the Sea Salt Caramel and gave it a try this week. If you are a big caramel fan, than this is your flavor. It’s super caramely (that’s a word, right? 😉 Red Velvet is still at the top of our list of favorites followed by Mocha Chocolate Chip, Mint Chocolate Chip and Birthday Cake. I really want to find Pistachio and Oatmeal Cookie, but haven’t come across them yet.

New Easter decor. 

I found these adorable Easter decorations to add to my collection. I love the white and I love the bunnies. I haven’t put my spring decor out yet, but maybe next week I’ll work on that.

Blogging and Rodan + Fields allows me to work in my pj’s and that’s pretty awesome. Can you wear your jammies to work? If not and you are looking to make a career change then we should probably talk.

FACETIME!!!!

I LOVE FACETIME!!!

Getting to talk face to face with this beauty right here is always a bright spot in my day. We don’t do it everyday, but definitely several times a week. (and check out her lashes…her Lash Boost has really kicked in and now her friends are starting to notice and ask about it)

She’s coming home next Friday for spring break and this mama is beyond ready. We don’t have a lot planned, but we have bought tickets to see the Warriors play one night and that should make for some fun memories.

Yesterday I wore my new camo pants, cross tee and cozy fleece sweater and got a ton of compliments. I love all 3 of these pieces on there own, but put them together and it’s just perfect. And just let me tell you that this sweater is so soft and comfy and warm. I have all the fuzzy feelings for it.

I love it when Starbucks has deals and this weekend it’s buy one get one for all Macchiato’s from 2-5 in the afternoon. So what did I do on my way home yesterday? I stopped and got an Iced Caramel Macchiato and a hot one. I called Kent to see if he wanted me to drop one off and he said no thanks so I drank them both. Maybe that explains why I was able to stay awake last night and work on this post and watch Nashville…which by the way had me making all the crying faces.

Do you have a planner for this year? This is the first time I’ve had one from 

Erin Condren and I really like it. I got an email yesterday that planners and calendars are 50% off. That’s a steal of a deal. Only 2 months into the year and already half off. If you’ve ever considered ordering one but just haven’t taken the plunge then I’d say now’s your chance.

We’ve got nothing planned for this weekend so there’s no telling what I’ll have to tell you Monday if anything.
