Hey y’all and happy hump day. This week is flying by super fast and I think it’s partly due to it being a short week for us. Friday we are leaving for a super quick trip to Oklahoma this weekend to visit Kent’s parents and Benny is meeting us there. Can you say “happy mama”? YES!
Before I go any further I’ve got to say a big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my DAD!!! I hope you have the best day and wish we could celebrate together. I love you more than you’ll ever know!
Okay, back to business…
So I ordered this blouse in the blush and styled it, but just didn’t love it when I looked at the pictures so I took it back and ordered this beautiful, bright pink.

I paired it with my favorite black jeans thinking this would be a great outfit as we head into fall in a month or so. The ankle version of these jeans is currently on sale through Sunday at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale.
Once again I grabbed my new go to clutch when I’m looking to add a little pizazz and threw on my leopard cuff, new Kendra Scott necklace and old KS earrings.

So here’s the thing. When I look at these pictures I’m okay with the blouse, but I don’t love it in the mirror, so back it went. Then yesterday I’m reading Kellyann’s blog (please pop over and read her blog. She’s such a doll and you’ll just love her) and she’s talking about what else, this blouse in a poppy color and having a somewhat similar experience.
Can you guess what happened next? The poppy color blouse made it’s way into my cart and is ready for me to pick up at the mall. Seriously? Yes, seriously. I’m pretty sure this time I’ll keep it. Third times a charm and all that jazz AND it’s on sale. Well I definitely like it if it’s on sale. Do you feel me?
So how many times can I style this blouse in different colors? It’s looking like 3. Stay tuned.

Yep, I have this blouse in the poppy color and I love it! I have been teetering all summer about getting the pink one and wow do I wish I would have because it looks stunning on you, you beautiful blonde! I can't believe you sent it back but I'm thinking you may indeed like the poppy better. I cannot wait to see it on you! Did you see the way I styled mine in my sprinkles cupcake post? I wore it in Vegas and paired some leopard and white jeans with it. You sure are a beauty my friend!

Oh my word, you and I are too peas in a pod! But I LOVE this hot pink color so much. I wish it would go on sale because I'd snatch it right up, it looks so good with the black pants and the leopard clutch. You really rock the bright colors!
