In the interest of all my fellow pumpkin spice loving friends I decided to take a look back at some of my favorite pumpkiny recipes I’ve shared in the past. I mean can you really ever have too many pumpkin recipes? I don’t think so. Whoever thought to put pumpkin in a can deserves some kind of award. Can I get an AMEN?
Let’s start with Pumpkin Pancakes.
We love all the pancakes around this house and oddly enough we never have them for breakfast, just dinner. If you have a bunch of pancake lovers you’ll want to try these this fall.
How about a 4 ingredient pumpkin muffin?
These little bites of pumpkiny goodness are an easy fix for a sweet, pumpkin craving and overall I’d have to say not terrible for you. They have pumpkin and applesauce in them making them healthy in my book.
Do you have a good pumpkin bread recipe? If not, you do now.
This bread is so moist and delicious. It’s perfect for a brunch or afternoon treat. Pumpkin and chocolate chips are a match made in heaven.
And if you are looking for the ultimate pumpkin chocolate creation this is it!
Double Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cake
My mouth is watering just looking at this picture and if I wasn’t traveling today I think I’d be in my kitchen whipping up a recipe of this over the top chocolate pumpkin goodness.
So if you want to please your pumpkin loving family and friends one of these is sure to win you some brownie points.
I’m headed back to Nashville today, and tomorrow driving to Gulf Shores, AL with some new friends to meet up with 16 women who are all Rodan + Fields consultants. We are going to be virtually participating in the Rodan + Fields Convention that’s being held in Las Vegas this weekend.
#prayforLasVegas
I only know 2 of the women going on this trip so this is way outside of my comfort zone, but that’s how we grow. Right!?!? I’m looking forward to a weekend of learning and bonding with these women and walking away with a bunch of new friends. OH, and while we’re there we will be finding out what new product is being released so stay tuned to find out.
My posting may be spotty for the next 2 weeks. Once I return from the convention I’ll be hanging out in Nashville for the week and then Kent will join me for the weekend and we will get to witness some of our dearest friends daughter get married and celebrate Katie’s 20th birthday. What a big month it is for our family!
Have a great Tuesday friends!
