Happy Wednesday my people. We’re getting into a rhythm with our Style Six linkup and loving how many of y’all are dropping your fashion links below to join us. I’m going to share a little poncho perfection with you today. I’m actually in travel mode on my way to the 615. For those of you who don’t know which area code that is, I’ll give you one guess. If you said Nashville, give yourself a star ⭐️.
Confession: This isn’t the first time this poncho has made an appearance on the blog. So what does that say? It says, it’s worth taking another look. Now that fall is starting to show up in all it’s glory, we can finally start thinking about L-A-Y-E-R-S. #allthepraisehands
I might be even more excited than your average poncho wearing gal. I love ponchos. I mean like, really luv them. You might say I never met a poncho I didn’t like. #maybe Anyway, this one is so soft, has a great cowl neck, can be worn alone or belted, comes in 3 other colors, and is long enough to wear with our beloved leggings.
The plaid shirt underneath isn’t exactly a schmuck either. It’s not flannel, so it’s a little dressier than your average plaid. It has an excellent drape factor and no stiffness. It also pairs beautifully with my new color-block sweater (30% off) for anther great look and a little more pattern mixing.
I’m just a little proud of myself for coming in hot on the snakeskin trend at the beginning…last year. #thatneverhappens These are the Steve Madden flats that come in variety of solids and patterns. The leather is soft and the sole is too, so yeah, they’re pretty good. I love the ones that came out this summer that are a warmer snakeskin with little studs. They’re super cute. SM really knows how to do snakeskin and other animal prints. Take a look at all of these.

Great look! I like the whole outfit, with the sleeves of your plaid shirt peeking out from the arms of your poncho. I had one and need to see if it is still in my closet. Had trouble because I knocked everything over (call me Grace) with the arms/sleeves. Thanks for sharing all the options. The top gray-green one with the diagonal hem is calling my name.
