Hey y’all!!! How’s your week? Mine’s going fine and dandy. I’m officially on the countdown to Nashville next week, and I don’t have to tell you that I am all kinds of excited!!! Not only will I get to spend time with my favorite people, but I’m going to eat in a restaurant. I hope I can remember how to act. Once again, I say if you follow me on Instagram, then you’ve probably already seen these adorable summer frocks. On a cuteness scale of 1-10, they are no doubt a 12. And if the cuteness factor isn’t enough…how about the SPF factor (or UPF 50).
First up is this ahhhh-dorable halter neck shift. A halter neckline is always going to win my heart, but add in a gorgeous color and print, and DING-DING-DING!!! We have a winner. Let’s talk about the fabric for a few. It’s made out of what I can only compare to a really nice swimsuit material. It has a great amount of stretch and is silky smooth. Not only is the fabric perfect, but if you get wet, it will no doubt dry quickly. This dress is perfect for a dinner out at the beach (or anywhere for that matter) and also can double as a darling cover up for your swimsuit. Think how perfect this would be for a cruise, or staying in a resort where you’ll be eating breakfast before hitting the pool or beach.
Next up is a super cute terrycloth shift. It has a fun nautical vibe with the stripes, and then the added turquoise trim is the cherry on top. Just like the dress above, this one can be worn from breakfast to the pool, or that early morning donut run. When I was little girl women would wear “house dresses” all day instead of street cloths. I think this would be the perfect updated version of that. On a hot day, I can’t think of anything more comfortable than this little dress, and since it’s terry, I think it would be perfect to slip on after a shower while getting ready in the morning or evening.
And last, but certainly not least is this cuter that cute swimsuit cover-up. It’s made from the same kind of silky soft material as the pink dress. The sides are sewn up under the arms, so it’s suitable for wearing in public and being modest. The colors and the fringe make it flirty and fun. This will be perfect for wearing when walking on the beach, especially if you need a break from the sun. All 3 of these pieces have built in UPF 50.
The finishing touch for all three of these is the accessories. A hat is essential for keeping the sun off your face, but it’s also just plain cute. The coral Nickel & Suede earrings are the perfect extra punch of color, and a Victoria Emerson fresh water pearl bracelet rounds it all out.

These dresses are so pretty. I ordered a couple last week and they just arrived yesterday so I don't known if they fit but will try them in the next few days. They are perfect for vacation or staycation!

So many adorable pieces. I think that cover up in the last photo is my absolute fave! I like that it is mostly white, but has some fun tassel details and the fun stripe down the middle. Very cute! Oh, you are going to enjoy eating in a restaurant again so, so much! It is pretty much becoming the norm here again in my city!
