Happy Wednesday friends. How’s your week? Looks like a lot of people are getting snow. We’re having a weird mix of pretty days and gross rainy days. Do you have big plans for Valentine’s Day? Maybe you live someplace where you can actually eat in a restaurant. #mustbenice We’ll be celebrating at home, but todays look is a great Valentine’s Day outfit idea. It’s subtle enough that it can be worn any day, not just Valentine’s Day, and would be a great office look. The best part is that all the pieces are super comfortable.
I’m going to start waiting until the end of posts to link the products/items for easy shopping. Thank you for shopping through my links. I do make a little commission when you do, and it doesn’t add to your cost at all. The retailer pays it out.
The blouse is a beautiful sheer fabric with the sweetest hearts on it. You have to really look to realize they are hearts, so that’s what I mean by subtle. I of course adore the bright pink, and I have a matching pink cami under it. It’s perfect with pants, but would work just as well with a skirt for work, or jeans for play. I pulled out my leopard heels to go with this look, and I think they are absolutely perfect. These heels are great anytime you want to amp up a look. These pumps have been around for years, and they never go out of style.
The necklace definitely lends itself to being Valentiney, but again, it can be worn anytime and I’m here to tell you, it’s so pretty you’ll want to wear it all the time. It can also be worn as a long pendant, so it’s two for the price of one.
I finally got a pair of these pants at my moms urging. She wears them all the time and loves them, and they really are good. They’re pull on, and the fabric is really nice. I sized up to .5 make sure they weren’t snug through the thighs, and that made them loose in the waist, but I’d prefer that over being too tight in the legs. I’m wearing the short, and the length is perfect on my 5’3″ frame.
I put my faux leather Moto jacket on for a little different look. I looked for a long time before finding a Moto jacket I was comfortable in. Most of the ones I tried were just a little to edgy for me. This one has just enough edge with cute hardware without being too much, and the faux leather is as soft as butter. It’s on sale for less than half of the original price and comes in a cream color too.

I love that blouse so much!! It is just so cute and it looks perfect on you! I saw on Instagram that some of the wineries/vineyards where my sister lives have opened back up but they are by reservation only. Not sure about the restaurants. You can go to restaurants here in Chicago, but between the snow and the bone chilling cold weather, I’ll pass haha. Send some of the beautiful California weather here too please! Have a great day!! xo
