Spanx Air Essentials

Hi friends! I’ve got something new to share with you today, and I think you’re going to love it. You know I’m a huge fan of all things Spanx. Have you heard about the Spanx Air Essentials line? These pieces are made of a lightweight, luxuriously soft and ultra drapey fabric. It’s perfect year round, and can be worn for so many occasions, but what I’m most excited about is wearing this outfit for travel.

Spanx wasn’t kidding when they described the fabric as “a lightweight, luxuriously soft and ultra drapey”. This is no exaggeration. Feeling is believing, and you will fall head over heels the moment you touch one of these pieces. This top is slightly cropped, with a drop shoulder and sleeve. This makes it perfect for wearing in warm weather, but there is also a long sleeve top that I will get for cooler months later this year. You can easily layer a jacket over it. I chose my new Peach jacket that is such a good alternative to a denim jacket. It’s the same style, but a lighter color, stretchy, and a nice change.

I haven’t been traveling as much here of late since we bought the townhouse, but I’ve got several trips coming up, and I’m planning to wear this super cute, super comfy combo. Whenever I’m going to be flying, comfort is my number one concern, but I also like to look put together. This outfit is going to be the perfect marriage of those two requirements.

The wide leg pants are very on trend right now, and I love the look. I never thought I’d turn away from my skinny jeans, but I’m crazy for all the wide leg pants that available. For size reference, I’m wearing my normal petite medium. This is the size I always get in Spanx bottoms.

You can add a crossbody bag for ease of keeping your hands free, and also function. I have become a huge fan of this style, and have several sizes and styles. I love the for travel, shopping, and errands. Once you get used to not carrying a bag the traditional way, it’s hard to go back.
