Hi friends! Today I’m sharing 5 favorite beauty products. These are some that I always have and replenish. I get to try a lot of products in this job, and honestly I’ve started turning down most beauty offers because I do love the ones I’m using and I don’t want to try others. I also don’t want you to feel like I’m sharing too many options. That can be overwhelming and also leave you wondering if I truly love what I’m sharing.

Hyaluronic Serum
I’ve been using this ever since it came out earlier this year. I’m half way through my second bottle. I really love it. It absorbs quickly and hyaluronic acid is a plumper of sorts. It helps your skin to hold on to and retain moisture. It works best when applied to damp skin. This is the first thing I apply in the morning when I get out of the shower.

Vitamin C Brightening Serum
Vit C is a powerhouse product and one I believe every woman should be using. This one absorbs quickly as well…that’s important to me. I don’t like products that sit on my skin and then as a result make me feel greasy. Vitamin C helps to even skin tone and diminish dark spots.
Lash Boost
I’ve shared my love of Lash Boost before, but it is truly one thing I just don’t want to do without. I’ve been using it for about 5 years…or whenever it first was introduced. The only way to really tell you how good it is, is to share my personal before and afters. I had basically very little eye lashes before I started using this, and now they are nice and long. (something I had always wanted) I tried another brand for 4 months earlier this year and my lashes really regressed. When I could see how much it had happened I threw that one out and opened a new Lash Boost to get them back in shape. It took several months for them to recover, but they are back and I am once again thrilled. It’s not cheap, but to me it’s worth it. A tube lasts me 4 months, so you have to think of it as cost per month…not a lump sum. I do sell it, so if you’re interested, you can check out my website or email me at richardson4.lisa@gmail.com AND…GREAT NEWS, it’s on sale through the end of the month for 20% off and if you sign up as a preferred customer, that’s on top of your normal 10% off. It’s a great deal.
Loreal Mascara
This is another product that I used forever and ever. Like over 10 years. But a couple of years ago I decided to try some other brands so I could share some options. About 6 weeks ago I decided I’d had enough of the others and went back to my tried and true and I am so happy I did. This mascara has a primer on one end and mascara on the other. It’s easy to remove with just warm, and if you like to sleep in mascara it stays on and doesn’t get all over your pillow case.
Elf eyebrow pencil
This one is a bargain! These eyebrow pencils are only $3. Yes, $3. I get the blonde and the color is perfect for my lighter brows. It just fills them in a little and looks very natural. Some brows are so overdone, and that’s just not the look I’m going for. There’s really nothing to lose with this one since it’s so cheap, so give it a try.
Do you already use any of my 5 favorite beauty products. It was hard to narrow it down. Maybe I’ll do another post on other products I also love.
The 4th of July is just around the corner and that means lots of cookouts and backyard BBQ’s. There are so many fun outdoor games for July 4th, and you can order them on Amazon to get them in time. These would be fun to have set up in stations around your yard, or some of them could easily be carried to a park if you’re gathering there.
I’ve seen several of these in use at the beach as well. Big kids/young adults and even older adults sometimes enjoy having something to do when spending an entire day on the beach.
GIANT WOODEN YARD DICE – You can play two games with these giant dice. Yardzee or Yardkle. HAHAHA!
YARD DARTS – Not only are these yard darts, they glow in the dark. Now personally, by the time it gets dark during the summer we’re already in our jammies, but if you like to walk on the wild side, these are for you. LOL
YARD CONNECT FOUR – Did you have Connect Four as a kid? I did, and I loved it. I think this would be fun, and even the littles could play.
BADMINTON – This looks like such an easy way to play Badminton. This game has been around forever. This net doesn’t require spikes, and I think that would keep it from sagging.
LADDER TOSS – We bought one of these years ago for Katie’s graduation party. I had played it somewhere and it was a lot of fun. We will be pulling this out the next time we have a gathering.
HORSESHOES – I haven’t played horseshoes in years, but I used to love it. Most kids these days have probably never heard of it. Let’s bring it back.
BOCCE BALL – The only time I’ve played this was at an Italian restaurant, but it was a lot of fun.
GIANT JENGA – Not gonna’ lie, this one scares me a little. We went to a party with a reallly giant one, and I was terrified it would fall on someone. I think this one is a slightly smaller scale, so probably a lot safer.
CORN HOLE – This is a crowd pleaser, and I see a lot of people who take them (in a wagon) out on the beach to play. Little kids love playing with the bean bags for this one.
Check out this post with red, white and blue looks to go with your new outdoor games for July 4th.
Or this post has more red, white and blue all American summer style that would be fantastic for the 4th.
Have you signed up for my newsletters yet? You can do it at the bottom of this page. On Monday’s I share last weeks top 6 sellers, and on Friday’s there is a complete list of sales. There are usually things included in the newsletter for subscribers that don’t appear on the blog.😉 It’s kind of like Instagram. I share things all week long in stories and on the grid that don’t necessarily make it here.
Have a wonderful Monday!!!!

Hey there,
Great products! Do you use black or blackest black in the Loreal Mascara? Thank you!
