You know I’m a huge fan of Anthro, so I stopped in the other day to do a new Anthropologie spring try on. There are always so many cute things in store, but the website has SO much more. It’s crazy.
I’m breaking this into two parts. The first post is 4 looks with one pair of jeans. I LOVE finding cute tops at Anthropologie, and these are all so cute. I like having a few things from places like Anthro, that not everyone will have. Sure, there’s a chance someone I know might, but it’s less of chance than say, if I’m wearing something from LOFT.
Short Sleeve Bubble Tier Top
I love this top on so many levels. I love the color yellow, I love the soft fabric, and pleating, and I love that the bottom is gathered so no tucking is necessary. It’s also available in cream or black, so if yellow isn’t your color, no problem. I’m wearing a small, but would probably prefer an XS.
The jeans are a high rise, raw hem, straight leg. I like the wash. I’m wearing a 27.
Flutter Sleeve Top
Tops with details are always my favorite. I’ve said it many times. I am not a t-shirt kinda girl. I am a cute detailed top kinda girl though.
This top is a really great option for warm days if you don’t like to show your upper arm. The sleeves are flowy with coverage.
Short Sleeve Crochet Cardign
Another detail I’m a huge fan of is scalloped edges. Look at the cute scalloped bottom and edges on the front and around the neck. Crochet is a big trend in fashion currently and these sleeves are beautiful.
This sweater could be worn with jeans, jeans shorts, a pair of pants for workwear or a cute skirt. It would be really pretty paired with this broomstick maxi skirt.
Linen Henley Shirt
This shirt is cute, and would be really good with white jeans. I think it would really shine styled like that. It’s a classic style that won’t go out of style, so worth investing in. It’s also another good option for women who don’t like their upper arms. Actually all of these I’m sharing today are good for that.
MORE CUTE ANTHROPOLOGIE SPRING TOPS
I’ve got 4 beautiful dresses to share with you in another post. Probably on Wednesday, so make sure you come back.
The 4th of July is just around the corner and that means lots of cookouts and backyard BBQ’s. There are so many fun outdoor games for July 4th, and you can order them on Amazon to get them in time. These would be fun to have set up in stations around your yard, or some of them could easily be carried to a park if you’re gathering there.
I’ve seen several of these in use at the beach as well. Big kids/young adults and even older adults sometimes enjoy having something to do when spending an entire day on the beach.
GIANT WOODEN YARD DICE – You can play two games with these giant dice. Yardzee or Yardkle. HAHAHA!
YARD DARTS – Not only are these yard darts, they glow in the dark. Now personally, by the time it gets dark during the summer we’re already in our jammies, but if you like to walk on the wild side, these are for you. LOL
YARD CONNECT FOUR – Did you have Connect Four as a kid? I did, and I loved it. I think this would be fun, and even the littles could play.
BADMINTON – This looks like such an easy way to play Badminton. This game has been around forever. This net doesn’t require spikes, and I think that would keep it from sagging.
LADDER TOSS – We bought one of these years ago for Katie’s graduation party. I had played it somewhere and it was a lot of fun. We will be pulling this out the next time we have a gathering.
HORSESHOES – I haven’t played horseshoes in years, but I used to love it. Most kids these days have probably never heard of it. Let’s bring it back.
BOCCE BALL – The only time I’ve played this was at an Italian restaurant, but it was a lot of fun.
GIANT JENGA – Not gonna’ lie, this one scares me a little. We went to a party with a reallly giant one, and I was terrified it would fall on someone. I think this one is a slightly smaller scale, so probably a lot safer.
CORN HOLE – This is a crowd pleaser, and I see a lot of people who take them (in a wagon) out on the beach to play. Little kids love playing with the bean bags for this one.
Check out this post with red, white and blue looks to go with your new outdoor games for July 4th.
Or this post has more red, white and blue all American summer style that would be fantastic for the 4th.
Have you signed up for my newsletters yet? You can do it at the bottom of this page. On Monday’s I share last weeks top 6 sellers, and on Friday’s there is a complete list of sales. There are usually things included in the newsletter for subscribers that don’t appear on the blog.😉 It’s kind of like Instagram. I share things all week long in stories and on the grid that don’t necessarily make it here.
Have a wonderful Monday!!!!

We don’t have an Anthropologie here in El Paso (or a Trader Joe’s but that’s for another day). I don’t think I have ever even been in an Anthropologie. But my goodness, I am missing out. All of these looks are very cute but the white cardi with the crocheted sleeves is impeccable. I surely hope it went home with you, my friend.
