Hi friends! I get really excited when I find something that I just have to share with you. Today that’s a better hair dryer from Zuvi. I also have a discount code to share, so read on.
You know I have a lot of hair, and I have to have good tools to style it. I’ve been using a new kind of hair dryer, and I’m really liking it. I’d seen it around and been curious about. I got lucky, because the company contacted me, and now here I am sharing it with you. Let me introduce you to the Zuvi Halo Hair Dryer with LightCare technology.
No matter whether your hair is thick or thin, heated styling products pose a real threat. If your hair is thick it takes longer to dry, and if it’s thin it can be more fragile.
So what makes the Zuvi hair dryer different?
I could try to explain it, but this description taken from the website does it best. “Traditional hair dryers use extreme heat to dry your hair, basically “baking” and overdrying your hair and scalp, leading to dryness and damage. Zuvi Halo’s LightCare™ technology uses light to dry only the water droplets on the surface of your hair, protecting your hair’s internal moisture for healthier hair.”
How is this accomplished?
The Zuvi drier uses a lower temperature and LightCare technology that’s gentle on both the scalp and hair, but it still dries hair quickly without compromising the health of your hair.
So what does that mean for your hair?
Compared to traditional heat hair dryers, hair retains 109% internal moisture, it’s 38% shinier, 57% smoother and it retains you color longer…therefore saving you time and money.
I’ve been using the Zuvi Halo Hair Dryer for a couple of weeks and really like it. It comes with 3 different attachments. It’s recommended to dry your hair 70%-80% of the way, and then add an attachment.
- Styling Concentrator – Provides a more and focused airflow to help when styling.
- Diffuser – Defines your curls and coils. The wide base also helps to reduce frizz, leaving your hair smooth and shiny
- Gentle Air Attachment – For those with a sensitive scalp or anyone who wants to enjoy a comfortable and gentle hair-drying experience.
I can tell my hair is smoother and shinier after I dry it with the Zuvi Halo than my traditional hair dryer, and I like that it’s quieter. Most hair dryers are so loud. You can actually carry on a conversation while drying your hair with the Zuvi.

The 4th of July is just around the corner and that means lots of cookouts and backyard BBQ’s. There are so many fun outdoor games for July 4th, and you can order them on Amazon to get them in time. These would be fun to have set up in stations around your yard, or some of them could easily be carried to a park if you’re gathering there.
I’ve seen several of these in use at the beach as well. Big kids/young adults and even older adults sometimes enjoy having something to do when spending an entire day on the beach.
GIANT WOODEN YARD DICE – You can play two games with these giant dice. Yardzee or Yardkle. HAHAHA!
YARD DARTS – Not only are these yard darts, they glow in the dark. Now personally, by the time it gets dark during the summer we’re already in our jammies, but if you like to walk on the wild side, these are for you. LOL
YARD CONNECT FOUR – Did you have Connect Four as a kid? I did, and I loved it. I think this would be fun, and even the littles could play.
BADMINTON – This looks like such an easy way to play Badminton. This game has been around forever. This net doesn’t require spikes, and I think that would keep it from sagging.
LADDER TOSS – We bought one of these years ago for Katie’s graduation party. I had played it somewhere and it was a lot of fun. We will be pulling this out the next time we have a gathering.
HORSESHOES – I haven’t played horseshoes in years, but I used to love it. Most kids these days have probably never heard of it. Let’s bring it back.
BOCCE BALL – The only time I’ve played this was at an Italian restaurant, but it was a lot of fun.
GIANT JENGA – Not gonna’ lie, this one scares me a little. We went to a party with a reallly giant one, and I was terrified it would fall on someone. I think this one is a slightly smaller scale, so probably a lot safer.
CORN HOLE – This is a crowd pleaser, and I see a lot of people who take them (in a wagon) out on the beach to play. Little kids love playing with the bean bags for this one.
Check out this post with red, white and blue looks to go with your new outdoor games for July 4th.
Or this post has more red, white and blue all American summer style that would be fantastic for the 4th.
