I love cheese! I mean like really love it. I often think if I was going to be stranded somewhere and could only have 2 things to eat, it would be cheese and chocolate. Weird, right? My love of cheese goes all the way back to my childhood. I was always excited when the holidays rolled around and those cheese stores in the mall popped up where you could go sample cheeses.
