Happy Monday friends! Is fall in the air where you live? I know when we lived in Minnesota it was like a switch flipped Labor Day, and it was full on fall. It’s not fall here in California, but that doesn’t mean I’m not adding some pieces to my closet for when the time comes. Today I’ve got a sweater a giveaway and our first Style Six Linkup.
Before we get to the sweater and the giveaway, let me tell you a little about our link-up. I know you won’t be surprised by who the a ladies are I’m teaming up with. It’s my blogging besties that you hear me talk about all the time. We figured with so many linkups going bye-bye these days, it would be fun to have a new one for us and for you. We’re really excited and hope you are too.
I bet if I asked you, you could tell me some of my favorite qualities in clothing. If you’d say soft, cozy and comfortable, you’d be absolutely right. When I was given the opportunity to pick out an item from PinkBlush, I knew it would need to meet these criteria. The only problem was having so many choices. The PinkBlush website is HUGE. I chose a tunic length sweater in a gorgeous rust color. Rust is really trending for fall and this sweater can be worn with just about anything. I love adding versatile pieces to my closet.
This isn’t my first time working with PinkBlush. You might remember this post I did back in the summer. PinkBlush carries maternity and womens clothing and some of the items are interchangeable…like this sweater. Obviously I’m not pregnant (all the praise hands), but it would be totally bump friendly.
Now that white jeans are acceptable after Labor Day, I’m trying to make an effort to wear them. They are perfect with this sweater. Whenever I’m wearing a rounded neckline, I like to add a statement necklace. This stone necklace has been around for a while and comes in 3 different colors, and I happen to have them all.
I tried it with my new KUT jeans that I purchased during the Nordstrom sale along with my new booties. I can’t stop wearing these jeans. They feel more like your most comfortable leggings than jeans, and I love the slight distressing and raw hem. The booties have just the right heel height for this girl. They are high enough to look cute and low enough to be comfortable. Check and check!
I swapped jeans for leggings, and booties for leopard mules, added my TB crossbody and black version of my fav statement necklace to make another outfit. See, I told you this sweater was versatile. Not only is it versatile, it’s soft as all get out. It feels more like something you’d cuddle up with.
I also want to make sure and point out the the mother-of-pearl buttons. They are so pretty and add such sweet detail to this sweater. I love a little something extra like that. I told you I had a sweater, a giveaway AND our FIRST Style Six link-up for you. so now let’s get to the fun part. The giveaway. Use the Rafflecopter below and enter to win a $75 PinkBlush gift card.
