Woohoo friends! It’s that time again where I’m doing a Target share week on Instagram with my over 40 friends, so make sure you pop over there and watch our stories this week. Today is Yesterday was my day, so I’m showing you all of the fun things I found. Now normally when I do one of these, I tend to focus on Target fashion, but this time I deviated some to bring a little variety. I mean Target has so much good stuff once you walk past the clothing. I went in last week and just strolled and strolled. I hadn’t done that in ages. I’ve become so accustomed to shopping online, it’s rare I do that. When my kids were young, going to Target was a major outing, and going alone was like a mini vacation. You remember those days, don’t you? Not gonna’ lie, I’ll be ecstatic when the day comes we can stroll without our masks again, enabling me to grab a Starbucks to enjoy while I’m shopping.
Last week during my Pantone share week, I shared this super cute yellow cardigan. I had a sweater almost identical to this in the late 80’s and I remember I loved that thing to death. I wore this one Monday with my Target jeans, layered over a white blouse and it was so fun and springy.
I grabbed this sweater to have as we approach spring too. It will be perfect for the transition. I love the cut of a sweater that’s a little shorter and slightly boxy. And you may have picked up on how much I love anything that has side slits. When you are a little (or even a lot) on the hippy side, those slits can be your best friend. I’m also a BIG fan of the cotton both of these sweaters are made of, and they are both available in some really pretty springy colors.
Target is a great place to by loungewear and they’ve really been bringing it in this department. They have so much to offer. I saw these pajamas and couldn’t pass them up. They are super cute, and soft. I love the capri length for warmer days. I’ve never made it a secret that Soma pajamas are my number one, but if you are looking for cute pajamas at a lower price point, the Stars Above line at Target is perfect. For both pieces (it comes as a set) the price is only $25.
I can’t believe I never thought of buying a towel stand for our downstairs bathroom before. #palmtoforhead Where was my head? When I was looking at all the Hearth and Hand items, I stumbled on this towel rack. I brought it home to try, and what do you know….we love it. When I say we, I mean even Kent said something about it. #winning
Candles! I normally purchase most of my candles from Bath and Body or Anthropologie, but Target has such an incredible candle selection and some of them are just in such beautiful containers. I came home with two. One of them smells a lot like the Volcano candle I love so much, but I will tell you it’s milder. So if you don’t like a stronger or overpowering smell, this is a great option. The other one is a fresh, spring smell.
Trays! I might need a support group or something because I can barely pass up a good tray. I use this one to keep all the coffee things together on the cabinet. It comes in a larger size, a longer size, and a round version, and I’d be lying if I didn’t say I want them all.
I was back in Target on Monday and did a little mirror try on.
A Target Share week on Instagram is always so much fun. I love seeing what everyone found, but of course then I want to buy all the things. It’s a double edged sword.
I hope you found some new things that peaked your interest.
