Hey friends and happy Friday to you!! What a week! I have been so busy. Today I’ve got just a few of my favorites to share with you. Mostly outfits I wore this week.
I recently repurchased an Elf eyebrow pencil. The color for blondes is spot on…at least for this blonde. I’m also here to tell you, you can’t beat the price of this. I was using one by NYX and Katie told me my brows looked weird. So as you can guess, I immediately quit using that one. HA!
If you saw my story yesterday, you know I wore this little black dress. Well now I want it in every single color. It was so comfy, and cute. For someone who doesn’t love to wear shorts, little dresses like this are just great for hot, muggy days. This one is only…wait for it…fifteen dollars. Can you believe that? Definitely worth every penny and one of my new favorites!
I ordered this little cotton sweater from Target and L O V E it!!! It’s so comfy, and believe it or not cool. It also comes in a neutral cream color. I ordered both, but like the peach and white stripe the best. For reference, I’m wearing the small. I ordered it and the XS, and decided this one was the right size for me.
I should have called this a Target post because that what it’s starting to feel like. My favorite fabric of the summer is this gauzy fabric. I have 2 of the long sleeve shirts that are perfect for cool evening or as a swimsuit cover up, this dress (I’ll share soon) and this cami. My goodness it is so comfortable and cool. And let me tell you about this cute pair of jeans. They are a cotton/linen blend and look like traditional denim, but are much cooler. They were actually very comfortable on a very hot (and humid) southern summer day.
You might notice I have this necklace on every day. Katie gave it to me for Mother’s Day, but I didn’t get it until I got to town. This style is super popular right now, and Katie noticed that and thought I’d like it. She was absolutely right. I love it.
There you have it, just a few of my favorites. I’ll share a post soon with some before and durings of the townhouse we’ve purchased in Nashville. It’s coming right along.
