Pretty Pink Dress

Hi friends!!! Happy Wednesday! Here’s my confession, when February arrives, I am pretty much counting the days until spring. While I know for a lot of you, fall is your favorite season (and I like fall too), but
S P R I N G and S U M M E R have this girls heart. So knowing that’s on the horizon, I’m already thinking about all the places I can wear this pretty pink dress.

When I saw the smocked sleeves on this pretty pink dress, I was all in! Smocking is just one of my all time favorite details. When I see a little girl in a precious little smocked dress I can’t help but smile from ear to ear. I get that same feeling every time I look at these sleeves. I love that you’re never too old to wear smocking.

The other thing I really love about this dress is the fabric. It feels so good, and because of the style it feels like you’re wearing your favorite nightgown. The material is a super soft cotton, nylon and spandex blend which gives it the perfect amount of stretch, and of course it gets extra points for pockets.

I wanted to try and give it a little more shape, but the only “belt” I had that would work was really a bracelet. HA! I’m going to have to find a nice thin belt. I think something like this or this would work.

I love this necklace. It’s actually 3 in one, but I wear this piece the most. I do however think pearls would be beautiful with this pretty pink dress.

I can think of so many occasions where this dress would be perfect. Valentine’s Day if you’re in warmer climate, Easter, Mother’s Day, and of course any kind of bridal event. I think the pink is going to sell out quickly, but it also comes in black which would make for a great year round dress.

OH and these sandals are just perfect with everything, but they’re from two years ago. I’m going to order a pair soon that I can share and link for you. I’m thinking it will most likely be these.
